Worse experience ever!!! Do not order!!! Please if you don’t want any disappointments do not order from here!!!

I wish and I hope that no one’s ever orders from here again!!!!! After they’ve taken 7 hours to dispatch an order that was meant to be done the same day, the delivery driver came 2 roads away from my address and went back to the nw11 store and hasn’t moved since, it’s been one hour!!!! I’ve been waiting for the flowers for my sister, mother and girlfriend as it’s national woman’s day too for Eastern Europeans. You have just made my whole family feel sad and me feel miserable as I couldn’t get anyone anything, they can’t offer refund, the delivery guy it’s horrible, probably doesn’t even have a licence, there is no number for the delivery man like any company would do, customer service was disgusting, I’ve called over 30 times around 5 o’clock (closing is at 6) and no one has been answering!!

Please if you don’t want any disappointments do not order...

Its a shame this business don't take worker's rights as seriously as their flower display.

Despite the severity of what happened, a serious workplace incident was not taken seriously or properly investigated by management.

This isn’t just about poor oversight — it’s about an employer failing in their most basic duty to provide a safe environment. No one should have to fear for their safety at work, or be retraumatised by silence and inaction.

Until this florist takes meaningful responsibility and implements proper safeguarding measures, I cannot in good conscience support this business or recommend it to others.

This company behave like absolute thieves, I ordered flowers and a balloon for valentines day. They never arrived, I got a call apologising saying they would reschedule and they still yet they still didn't arrive. I called about 15 times never got hold of anyone on the phone left 5 or more voicemails and several emails, no-one has got back to me and it's been almost a month. This company owes me £72.44 and they are completely uncontactable. Disgraceful behaviour, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I still want a refund for the flowers I did...
