Nutshell: Cheap, safe location, nearby tube station. Slightly rude owner, dated rooms, broken toilet, no WiFi and most importantly PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE. Be warned!
I booked for roughly £60 a night during July. Planned to drive down, park my car and use public transport. Most important thing for me when booking was parking. I was a bit a dissappointed when I arrived, parking is a free for all. You park on the front drive of the hotel and have to block other guests in. Everyday the receptionist knocks at your door to tell you to move your car even though I followed their directions as to which slot to park in. On the day I didn't even block anyone in they still asked me to move my car so that I would block someone else...then asked me to leave my car in in my room in case they needed it!
Never got the WiFi password.
Toilet seat was broken and when you sat on it, the seat just fell off the toilet.
Half used soap bar on sink. No toiletries. Two towels.
Otherwise a very good and peaceful location. Easy walking distance from tube stops, close to Brent Cross shopping centre but you would need to take the bus there (due to the flyover and you cannot walk across it)
Rooms cleaned daily if you wish
Summary: Would stay again if I was depserate last minute, otherwise next time I'll try and find elsewhere with more...

We had a flight booked for 9pm and we called earlier in the day to make the booking with late check out, but they insisted on cash only. There’s definitely something dodgy going on in this hotel. Two grumpy ladies who were very condescending and hostile from the minute we stepped into the hotel. We asked if we didn’t have access to any coming a bit later and they said yes. If we knew we would’ve just accepted it and booked another hotel that enables late checkouts with card payments. Despite calling in to confirm everything for a late hours before check in, we were instead forced to checkout at 10am on a Sunday morning leaving us with no place to stay for 11 hours.
On top of all of this; The room was extremely dirty, lack of cutlery (which was also really dirty) and they provided paper plates to eat with. The ladies seemed to have 0 care in the world for the low standards, they were super unprofessional and to top it all off one of them checked us out in a morning gown....

Cranky owner/staff, they insisted I pay in cash but did not give a receipt, they grumbled when I asked them to fix broken light in my room, kept telling me “We are very busy!” to suggest I shouldn’t expect any better, tiny rooms, dirty carpet, grubby curtains, used soap in the bathroom from previous guest (disgusting!), nauseating smell from bathroom so I had to keep the window open at night to breathe despite being cold, I actually sniffed the towel and bed sheets to make sure they were clean, I was afraid to shower because the whole place felt so unsanitary. I was too afraid to eat the breakfast.
The list goes on and on but that gives you an idea. I honestly believe that any positive reviews about this place are not genuine. And if you don’t believe me, then yes - come and see for yourself. Otherwise, there are about six other hotels of similar price all next to each other that you might consider...
