I have been to this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Cafe before but I haven't been to this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Cafe in Temple Fortune for a very long time. The Food Hygiene Rating's at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Cafe have Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating's. The Owner of this Exceptionally Beautiful and Amazing Cafe employs very reliable, trustworthy, very well mannered staff and lovely and dedicated staff to come and work at this Exceptionally Beautiful Cafe itself. The main aim of the Owner of this Cafe is to make sure all of the Staff are Exceptionally nice towards all of the Customer's all of the time in order to provide all of the customer's with good customer service so that customer's keep coming back to this amazing Cafe again. The Earl Grey Tea at this Cafe is Extremely nice and Beautiful. The Coffee at this Cafe is nice and Beautiful as well. All of the Staff including The Manager of this Cafe whom all work in Collaboration with each other all of them are Exceptionally Lovely people towards me all of the time and they are very good role models in society as well. Review: Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted or asked whether I wanted to dine in or take away. I seated myself at a table and waited 20 minutes without anyone taking my order. I eventually went to the counter, where I was told it’s table service, and someone would come over.

When my order finally arrived, it was placed on my table with no conversation or smile. Unfortunately, I noticed the same poor treatment given to another customer nearby who looked at me in dismay.

When I went to pay, I shared my feedback about the lack of a welcoming atmosphere, smiles, or basic customer service, especially considering the café wasn’t busy. The manager dismissed my concerns, claiming their service was “impeccable” and implying it simply wasn’t up to my standards.

While the food was delicious and catered to my needs, the overall experience was disappointing. It feels like the staff are just passing time rather than creating a warm and welcoming environment. Perhaps the owner should step in to address...

I've been going to this place almost every weekend with my wife and our two year old. There were few friendly staff, which I noticed not to be there anymore, and we used to like the place. My last visit was way below average for service. The tall guy with beard was wandering around and didn't come to my table to take the order, and when I went to the counter to give my order he gave me the look. Order came with no cutlery and serviette. The same guy was very rude when I was paying at the end.
