Piacere Cafe — Restaurant in London

Went for english breakfast.

The 2 people working there don't know what they are doing and they have not knowledge of the menu.

We ordered soy milk with chocolate powder on the top and a hot chocolate was served instead!

I ordered a royal special (smoked salmon, poched eggs, spinach and toast) but the menu didn't mention that it came with hollandaise sauce and we also asked the lady to don't put any souce on the top but on the side, but what I received was a plate full of holland sauce on the top! When we showed the mistake, the guy was kind enough to change it but the lady kept saying loudly: "I told him it comes with the sauce", which was not the case because she was not sure when we asked the question before and we also said that if there was any sauce, they should have put it on a side. Very unprofessional!

We also ordered an english breakfast and the plate was a mess: beans everywhere (usually the beans should come into a bowl) and 2 toast full of butter as you can see from the picture attached.

At the end we went to pay the bill and what happened was just ridiculous. After a bill of £26 for breakfast, the lady asked us how we would like to pay the service charge and how much? This should be on discretion. Finally we only paid the breakfast because the bill was already high enough and the service charge should have been already included.

I think if you guys deserve a tip people they will gave to you without asking fot it.

Went to mercedes for a service (just opposite) thought I'll grab a coffee, walked in and immediately hit with this sour smell !!! I didn't like it but I thought who cares I just want a quick coffee, I waited for 10 minutes believe it or not for someone to come and serve me and no one did... I shouted for someone no response, the customers even laughed and said they are downstairs... I went as far as calling the shop so they can come and answer and I grab their attention, guess what??? Phone on silent lol... These people need to quit sell this place and sit at home because they definitely don't know how to do business. Good luck.

P.s. I Google coffee shop, there was one within 30 seconds walk, (garden coffee) grabbed...

We visited this place based on the reviews and pictures, but unfortunately, the food was nowhere close to expectations.

We ordered the Eggs Benedict, but the eggs had a stale smell, and the hollandaise sauce (the main element of the dish) was completely missing. When we requested it, the sauce was served separately but was bland and tasteless.

We also tried the Shakshouka, which was very disappointing. Instead of being cooked together as a rich, flavorful dish, it was just poached eggs placed on top of a layer of canned tomatoes. It was served with plain dry bread, which made it even less enjoyable.

Overall, the experience was very underwhelming, and the dishes did not reflect their names or the expectations set by...
