So far I have registered with this Dr since mine retired, filled all the forms and needed to book appointment after I havnt seen a Dr for 4 years. But when I got there. She said I have to sit in a booth and fill In an electronic questionnaire the same like on the paper version I already filled in. But with a water Infection I don't want to. Yet, I just want an appointment and my partners sick too. So not happy with...
