M&S Food To Go — Local services in London

The shop advertises 'oat and soya alternatives at no extra cost' on the menu board, but when I asked, twice, I was told they had ran out. I could understand that on the first occasion as it was 7pm but the second occasion was at 3pm. Maybe the store should review their weekly supply to the store if they ran out so quickly. When I mentioned that to the assistant, she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't do the orders! Surely she can give feedback to her manager, as she is the one who may be able to help...

A Big Thank you to Aron at the express check out and his manager Christopher. I was in need to use a toilet and showed them my Bladder & Bowel medical condition card and they didn’t hesitate to ask Maria one of their lovely colleagues to take me to their staff only toilet. Thank you all for being so kind and for making an exception for people with medical conditions. It is very reassuring the staff at M&S is able to take decisions in this sense. Definitely worth shopping at M&S !...

They made me the wrong drink then when I asked for it to be remade the manager attempted to step in and do it in a rushed manner and gave me room temperature milk!!! She’s so fast to try and complete tasks she isn’t even taking time to ensure she’s doing it properly! The only reason I gave one star is because of the young gentlemen on the coffee machine trying his hardest to complete...
