Mooboo Wood Green — Restaurant in London

Do not go there. Saw the manager rewash some ice from sink (where theyre meant to wash the equipment) and put it in another drink. Basic hygiene, dont pick up ice from floor or any surface that its dropped on, and During this time where covid is still around, he should not have done that, he didnt even throw the drink away when i made it known that i saw. I used to love the fact that a mooboo had come near me, but now im never going there again, if you do, get your drink with no ice and keep your eye on the way they make your drinks. And speak up if its not done correctly.

In response to your reply, the asian guy was cleaning dishes in the sink, i saw him pick up ice from the sink and with no gloves and place them in a plastic cup. He then went on to do his regular thing of walking from here and there. He then took some tickets passed a few to his colleague then made a honeydew drink. Im sure if i waited he wouldve served me it, but the fact he even made a drink and used those ice, was just wrong in all manner. I was pretty angry that he didnt throw it away. When I confronted them about this he claimed the drink wasnt mine. I was fine by that, but regardless of that, I told him during these times hygiene should be the utmost importance and he shouldn’t have picked up the ice from sink and made a drink which looked like it was going to be packaged up for someone. Im not sorry to be verbal about it. I didn’t at all verbally abuse anyone. I just let him know i saw everything he did and it was not right. He should have be reported due to this negligence. But ill leave that up to you. Just know if people order a drink, don’t reuse ice that you washed. Also if i was you id put cameras in the serving area to make sure your employees are following hygiene protocols.

This place is really good. I was their first costumer to go there and now i go there daily. Wood green can be a dangerous place in general but the bubble tea store (mooboo) is inside and outside the marketing area which is the safest place is the mall. Mooboo has very nice workers who can remember you even if its ur 2nd time being there. They have good prices, such as; £3.99 for a regular and £4.36 for a large. After, going to many bubble tea stores in north west london, i have to say that mooboo in wood green is the best one yet! Even better, its the closest one and cheapest one around! There's usually a queue for collecting but that shows how many costumers they get! They open at 11:00am and close at 7 ish. If they do your order incorrectly and you ask them to re-do it (which is EXTREMELY rare) they give you your order for free! This place is wonderfull but does not have any seats as its a small shop IN the mall! it is not a resturant! It's like a small cafe for take-out? They serve moktails, tea with tapioca and they even have a vegan menu! I recommend this place for a day out with friends or even family! They workers are extremely nice. The worst bubble tea I've had in my life and such poor customer service. The first time I had bubble tea from here the drink & service was excellent. However, the second time I had to wait ages to be served and I was the only one in the queue. When I finally was served the man serving me gave zero eye contact & looked annoyed like I was bothering him for ordering. Another gentleman made my drink & didn't look like he knew what he was doing. He went to the back of the store several times whilst completing my order and took an awfully long time. When I finally received my order it tasted so bland and inedible and I hardly had any tapioca balls. I will never purchase from here again.
