Wingstop Wood Green — Restaurant in London

I love wingstop. The food is really good. Atmosphere is just right. I ordered a Full Flavour Fix for £14.50, it comes with 8 wimgs or boneless, 3 tenders and regular fries, which is not bad, but It doesn't come with a drink! You might feel like you've been ripped off for your money (to which I totally agree and its inconvenient if you cannot wash it down with a fantastic drink to go with it). Imagine, eating all that tasty food at a speed of excitement and then choking without any drink to wash it down with. Furthermore, if you come to wingstop, you have to make sure you have your bank card as they do not consider cash, to which I find absolutely ridiculous (in general, especially when people's circumstances in life are different). The company policies have to change these little era's which are not so little. However, I do not eat regular fries, I only eat sweet potatoe fries foor personal reasons, which can be difficult when they already have a set menu and sometimes will not compromise which I find absolutely preposterous. The service was good because the management understood my frustration with not wanting regular fries and handled my request professionally. A lady name Poonam, help take care of my frustration by calling general manager to help find a solution. the matter was resolved in a professional manner and I am pleased to give a good review and express that wingstoo is one of my favourites. Went here with a friend and we ordered 12 wings (half hawaiian and half garlic parmesan) and loaded fries (cajun flavour which was recommended by a staff member named Daliya) - I got her name from her colleague as she was really welcoming, friendly and greeted us with a smile on her face 😊 Poonam delivered the food & she was so friendly too! Food was yummy! Service was 10/10, it’s so refreshing to finally have some table service as many food takeaway places are now based on ordering at self service machines & collection so ordering at the till & table service added real value to our experience. I only gave 4 stars which is related to feedback for the company - they should really install a sink where customers can wash their hands before & after food. Im a foodie & like to eat with my hands (not with gloves) especially when it comes to wings so I highly suggest the company install a handwash basin (which would also reduce plastic gloves waste and napkins) for an ultimate wingstop...
