Finding the Escape Room became a little task in itself. The postcode given leads you to a fenced in area with a comms panel for entrance. When you scroll through the list you will find that there is no unit 38 listed. It turns out that the entrance is located on the other side of the fenced area, so just simply walk round. I would recommend that this information be advised on their ‘locating us’ part of their email. Our host was extremely friendly & talkative when we arrived & got us into the game quite quickly. We played ‘The Killer’. There is a nice back story to this room & the actual room itself has been well thought out along with some surprises along the way. I throughly enjoyed this one & definitely recommend even though in comparison to some escape rooms this seemed to come up a little pricier, even with a group discount.

Had an amazing time in their breakout escape room (we lost 😅). The explanation at the beginning was really clear and simple. The puzzles were just right: challenging and fun. The scare actor was a brilliant touch to really set you on edge and slow you down at times. Even though we lost the game, we really enjoyed our time working with another team and I'm so glad we visited! The staff were really lovely, and it was great having a photo with the scare actor at the end. Thanks for the great time guys! Was the perfect birthday treat 😁

To celebrate my sisters birthday, I booked an escape room with Enigma Escapes called ‘The Killer’ on Groupon. My initial interactions with booking the experience were through email and were very efficient and simple! When we arrived, we met with Matthew, who was friendly, accommodating and very encouraging! We completed the escape room with little help and were out with 5 minutes 14 seconds to spare! My group and I really enjoyed ‘The Killer’ escape room and we’re already planning the next one together!

Pues no.

This place was great. We played 'the killer' and my whole team really enjoyed it. So much so that we will be going back to play the other room.

They were also really really helpful when it came to our booking. We originally had a booking date but had to cancel with less than 24 hours till our game due to an emergency. When we explained it to them they were happy to change the booking time and date to help.

Overall it was great service and a great game 😀👍

Edit: Went back for the second game about a month later because of how much we liked the first one and it was also awesome. It was a little tougher than 'the killer' but it was still fun and we managed to solve it. These guys are really amazing.

The closest thing that I can say to a downside is that they only have 2...
