Such bad service I have never been to anyone that has this bad service first I drive to the location at 11 am as it says online Sunday open hours 11-4 but shop was closed then I called was told she will be late and she can't take my order over the phone ( which I couldn't understand why? It would have saved time) in the meantime I'm getting ready to go to a party for which I need the balloon so giving the shop time and come to the shop at 1PM and find the door locked I knock (because the shop SHOULD BE OPEN NOW.. to find a woman come to the door and say she can not do me 1 balloon ONE FLIPPING BALOON. Why do you advertise open if you can not provide a simple service of ONE ballon absolutely disgusting I will never use this shop again and will advise all my friends and family to avoid which is a shame as it's our local. Really bad customer service.. not to mention the last time a got a bubble balloon it deflated as soon as I got home I did return with it and she did redo it for me hence why I give her another chance but never again.... I'm so annoyed that they wasted my whole morning when I called the owner In the morning if she was honest with me (that even though my staff will be late she also won't be doing any services until after 1.30) then I could have found another shop to go to but no she waisted my time and my niece was without a balloon like I...

This shop is just a life saver for me and my kids. Since we moved to the area, we love to come here even without any occasion and get balloons for the kids. The choice is really big and we always get anything we just ask for- superheroes? Yes! Animals from cartoons? Yes! Literally everything is always on stock. Also available decorations for special occasions. My son was celebrating his 2 years old and Olga found for us absolutely great solutions and even home delivery. Service is outstanding. Thanks to Olga and Ramune for their warm approach, professional knowledge, and simply wonderful and welcoming atmosphere in a shop. The product quality is very high- my kids manage to sit on a balloon and it didn’t pop. Wow! The WORST BALOON SHOP IN LONDON!!!!!! go and get balloons from other shops. I went in to buy a ballon yesterday evening. Went home left them as instructed away from heat on an open space. This morning was deflated. Went back to the shop and the owner refused an exchange or refund saying my kid could have damage it or me. Said that no guarantee is given. Paid 8.5£ for a 12 hours balloon. Amazing!!!!! Super rude person, could not even be kind to the customer! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Now I am hosting my niece party with a deflated balloon!!!!!
