Cigars at No. Ten — Local services in London

This place is definitely worth visiting. The decor, quiet environment, food, drinks and cigar selection was really good.

However, a let down was upon receiving the bill, which we paid and then afterwards, found out through a sober friend of ours there were discrepancies. He noticed additional cigars were put onto our bill and we honestly can't remember the amount of drinks so that wasn't questioned. We raised this with the manager after, who seemed to genuine in his apology for the error and refunded the cigar value; not the additional taxes and service charge alongside.

Absolutely terrible experience. One of the cigars we were sold was cut improperly by staff, which caused it to unravel and fall apart — completely unusable. When we brought it up, the staff couldn’t care less and acted like we were the problem. On top of that, one of the employees made an ignorant and borderline racist comment, saying my friend and I looked the same — despite us being from completely different ethnic backgrounds. Overall great value for money in a brilliant location. They have a variety of cigars that suit all cigar smokers and the experience is enjoyable if you’re new to cigars or more experienced. Staff are great you’ll be greeted and seated upon entering. Service is good although the gentleman that served our drinks was kind of slow but overall a nice and polite chap. The setting is perfect and very relaxing. I would recommend this venue and will be attending again.
