My husband and I visited a Penhaligons store for the first time in White City. We were greeted by Cheryl who was so friendly, and very knowledgable about the fragrances and the ingredients in all of them. We told her what type of scent we each liked and she suggested fragrances based on that. Her suggestions were perfect for each of us! She really listened and understood what we were both looking for. We each tried on our favourite and went on our way, as they are quite pricey. We were surprised at how long the scent lasted, even after showering there was still a hint of the scent. The smell was elegant and luxurious, powerful but not overpowering, whispering not shouting, yet invigorating as if our personalities had been bottled up and turned into a scent! We felt amazing wearing it! Suffice to say we went back the next day and purchased a bottle each! We could have purchased them in another Penhaligon’s store, but chose to make the trip back to White City as the customer service we received off Cheryl was amazing, she really made the whole shopping experience feel exciting, personal and special. We will definitely be returning and purchasing more fragrances from Penhaligons...
