TiramisU - London Kiosk — Restaurant in London

I was regular customer every Sunday to eat delicious tiramisu. I never complain about customer service and quality of the food. They were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately such a terrible situation happened on Sunday. I ordered tiramisu like usually but staff informed me that I need to wait because they run out of biscoff tiramisu. I paid and I was carefully waiting for my order. I chose big table which is located just next to restaurant. It was really crowded and my husband need some chair so I took it because nobody sit on it. Suddenly a man who was really strange he started shouting at me and he grabbed a chair from my hands... I was shocked.. he was talking about me and my family to a women who was cleaning tables in Italian and then he called security!!! Just because I took chair which was next to him and nobody sit on it. It turned out that it's a manager of the restaurant. Such a shame and unprofessional behavior. Manager with anger issues and without any customer service skills! I already reported it to appropriate people and I am waiting for solution.

Asked for a sweet ice coffee - I received a big block of un crushed ice, and a sandpit of sugar a the bottom. Not sure what was going on but one of the workers (only young man working yesterday) turned their backs to me as they were just about to approach me, did something with the coffee real quick, and handed it over very inconspicuously. As this was clearly a “quickly put together” version, I asked for this to be remade with syrup instead of the unmelted sugar, just to be given a similar looking cup without ice and a ridiculous amount of syrup. I would just like to point out that the young man working was on the verge of laughing when I came to inform them of the coffee issue, he also tended to congregate with all the colleagues around the coffee machine which limited my vision of them making it. Staff was friendly and attentive, however the maritozzi and cinnamon bun we ordered both were dry, all moist gone and an old like taste (like they were baked few days ago). We were not expecting a “home made” taste but at least tasty decently. Very disappointed with the quality of the product. Now, each item was £6 which is not crazy but it’s not worth it.

Again, I appreciate the staff’s service but I won’t be buying again.

Edit: Regarding the answer from the business, I must remark that the product we purchased was not fresh at all, one can tell the difference from a fresh one. As for the price, as previously said, it’s not about the price itself but the quality offered compared to the price, they...
