I had a terrible experience at this venue. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and there were way too many restrictions that made it impossible to enjoy our event. They refused to turn on the AC, leaving our guests uncomfortable. If you plan to have a DJ, forget about enjoying the music—venue staff constantly monitor the volume and will interrupt your event to tell you off. I attended an event in this centre during the summer 2024. A couple of things I need to point out from my experience: Two of the three female toilets where locked and could not be used. So you can imagine the qué for the one toilet available. Simply ridiculous. The staff where overwhelmed by the number of people at the event and became unprofessional in their interactions.
