The buyer's solicitors were a little tricky to work with but Ray was on hand at every step of the way to answer their many questions and concerns and also to keep us informed and more importantly calm through the process.

While some estate agents seem quite impersonal and also robotic, Ray is very approachable and you feel as if he is a friend that is 100% on your side. We definitely asked him a LOT of questions throughout the process and he was always quick to respond with his thoughts or an answer.

Ray also went above and beyond to help push the sale along and as we were selling remotely (we live abroad) he even collected mail and meter readings for us from the property.
