Are you absolutely mad to send a tiny, sturdy chopping board wrapped in so much material, paper, bubble wrap, and in a huge box? What an utter waste of resources! I suggest you to employ a sustainability consultant. Your wastage is just beyond! I am definitely going to write a review on Google. This type of nonsensical waste needs to be effectively tackled. It’s just outrageous! I am writing this review because such reckless waste needs to be called out.

Bought a knife and knife sharpener at the same time. Arrived I two separate enormous boxes at the same time With the label saying co2 neutral Absolute waste of resources. Won't shop there again Thank you for the response. I think we can agree that if those are the most appropriate size boxes for the items shown then you need to look at your box sizes

I have been a customer of this store for quite a while now and up until this weekend have been fairly happy with the service. I went in yesterday to buy a wedding gift and was pressurised by the manager into buying a second item that I was unsure about. I went back to the store today to return this second item only to be told by the same manager that not only does the store not give refunds but does not feel the need to tell their costumers of this, even when they know someone is unsure of a purchase. Ordered pasta maker online for deliverey in London - I then realised that I had put the incorrect address. I phoned the West Hampstead store who changed the address for me and heyho the pasta maker arrived. Fab service, very polite staff on the phone who followed up with an email. (I was ordering from USA so it was so nice taking to a fellow Brit who then gets the job done - no problem ).
