Best Coffee in West Hampstead, Authentic, friendly Italian Café/Eatery!
This is a little gem of a place just round the corner from the tube station, the owner Giorgio is from Sardinia and serves authentic Italian food in this family run café/deli. Most of what you see is freshly baked and even the ingredients are imported from Italy to provide that authentic home made experience. The coffee is simply the best and the owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming. Every time I visit West Hampstead, I always come here.
They serve vegan pastries and have lots of vegetarian options including the lasagne. Avocado, Salmon and egg breakfasts are also amazing.
They recently started to serve cocktail and have a happy hour. They also have a fantastic selection of Italian wines so look out for the occasional wine tasting evenings they do.
Outdoor seating is provided also with overhead heaters. The meat and cheese platter is highly recommended. Coffee is the best. Tirimasu could be improved.

Read moreWe went there on a Saturday event night , music and magic show. This place It's not a restaurant (yet) nor only a café, but regardless all its very cozy, and the food was good. Also we were happily surprised to find a good selection of Italian wines. Average portions even if a slightly bigger main dish would be better, tried the meat menù, and the vegetarian, which surprisingly has really impressed us. Very good wine from Sardinia, homemade tiramisù. Decent service as well, but lack of a prompt reception ( the place was really busy when we arrived) so we have waited for a while outside. The show was ok too if think that was their first event, they still can improve and make it better for the next time, and we really enjoyed that especially the magic show. Definitely a place that have some really good things and we will probably go back again for try another different...
Read moreThese guys delivered a pizza covered in ham that I didn’t order and couldn’t eat as I’m vegetarian. I also ordered a tart and they delivered a croissant instead. So I can’t have dinner thanks to their incompetence but hey at least I can enjoy a dry croissant I didn’t want for breakfast tomorrow! Great. I phoned them to complain and the girl on the phone could barely speak English. I asked to speak to the manager she said he’s not there. Useful! This place is run absolutely terribly. It’s a total shambles. If you want the opposite of what you ordered and not even get an apology then this is your place. I wanted to support a local small business but with this appalling service jokes on me! NEVER AGAIN! Next time I’ll just...
