Unfortunately didn’t have the chance to use this service, having them booked myself and a friend of mine to the wrong salon by their mistake (Hammersmith instead of the Manor House one as I clearly requested in my messages) Shocking way to deal with the disservice THEY created from the Manager of Manor house salon: from mocking my friend who arrived in the ā€œwrongā€ salon (ā€œwho is she?ā€ ā€œUnless your name is Caroline, no you don’t have an appointment hereā€), passing through a telephone call Where at the begging was doubting the truthfulness of the existence of my 2 appointments, then sending me to the hammersmith salon, opposite part of London for me, as I am a ball to be thrown somewhere with not a single apology, to allow himself to say to my friend ā€œyour fiend is a little bit too nervous, tell her to calm herself down!ā€ The owner texted me to sincerely apologize for the mistake done and I do appreciate that but, even though an error can be done, their customer service skills are embarrassing. I wouldn’t mind wait longer or have the chance to do just the 2 cuts and postpone the Colour to another day...but being completely bounced back (my friend) or being sent somewhere else without even asking if I was happy to do that and with not a single apology, is a total lack of management skills and a very bad customer service. They can be the best hairdressers in London, I don’t even doubt that, lots of friends gave me very good feedbacks, but when you do not have a clue how to deal with your mistakes and how to treat your customers in a respectful manner, maybe you should do just the hairdresser and not...

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this hair salon. I wanted a BALAYAGE to allow my natural hair to grow naturally without any lines in my platinum bob hair. The lady didn't know what to do or how to do it in the first place. She asked her colleague, but she wasn't sure either. I was afraid that she was completely lost, so I asked Ricardo to tell her what to do. Though I should have left as soon as I saw she was clueless, I guess I learned my lesson. Then, despite my warnings she was not at all gentle and would brush my hair so strongly after each wash that my already delicate hair BROKE in lots of parts. As the pictures demonstrate, she simply dyed in some areas with dark color, leaving patches and a straight line. It was so messy that Ricardo had to repeat the process. My hair had to undergo yet another round of dying, and the lady's forceful brushing broke my hair even more. They stayed longer after the shop closed, but even so, I had severely broken hair, no balayage, and THEY CHARGED ME MORE (£120) even though the website states it should have cost £70. The end result was significantly different from any balayage picture, while some areas had some highlights left in place, others had none at all, which gave an odd appearance. After having to fix it myself at home two days later, the color looks better, but the hair is completely broken and damaged.

Despite their guarantees that he would call, Ricardo was never there the four times I went to talk to him about getting a refund. I...

I went to this salon for the first time in February 2025 on a Sunday for a degradĆØ. Riccardo did my hair, there was no other customer around and the result was good. I went back in June 2025, on a Saturday, to get the same thing and the result was bad. The toner was clearly not applied evenly and the whole thing was poorly done (the place was full so I had three people working on me, two different people applying the toner - which I think explains why the result is soo poor - and during the blow out someone pulled my hair so hard I got tears in my eyes). As you can see from the pictures, the face framing pieces look orange, while some of the lengths are completely white from being bleached but not toned.

I reached out to Riccardo afterwards and he acknowledged that it didn’t look good, and asked me to wash my hair a couple of times to see if the colour washed out and if not I could go back to get it fixed. The second picture is my hair washed so you can see the colour did not change. I decided to not go back as I don’t really trust them anymore.

I paid 175Ā£ for this and it was not worth it. I would not recommend this salon as my experience...

This is a SCAM Horrendous experience and horrendous business owner. I booked through treatwell a couple of services, for a total value of £40 because I was enjoying the discounts you get on this page. Because I chose the option to pay in venue, I was charged £60 instead because that's what they had in their system. After 2 days of arguing with them, Alessandra, the business owner, didn't even admit they had made a mistake, let alone make a refund. She argues that because the service was good that's the amount I have to pay or that because I change the appointment time at the last minute, the price is different which is obviously a lie. Guys, don't go there... they don't even know how to speak English properly, which is a problem for hairdressers. It always takes ages for them to understand what you want to get done bcs they can simply speak English. Alessandra, what a lack of professionalism, customer service and transparency. Shame on you! I have attached some images including Alessandra's way to deal with customer's complaint. Don't even go close to that place.

This is a SCAM Horrendous experience and horrendous business owner. I booked through treatwell a couple of services, for a total value of £40 because I was enjoying the discounts you get on this page. Because I chose the option to pay in venue, I was charged £60 instead because that's what they had in their system. After 2 days of arguing with them, Alessandra, the business owner, didn't even admit they had made a mistake, let alone make a refund. She argues that because the service was good that's the amount I have to pay or that because I change the appointment time at the last minute, the price is different which is obviously a lie.
