   Read moreI had a TERRIBLE experience at this hair salon. I wanted a BALAYAGE to allow my natural hair to grow naturally without any lines in my platinum bob hair. The lady didn't know what to do or how to do it in the first place. She asked her colleague, but she wasn't sure either. I was afraid that she was completely lost, so I asked Ricardo to tell her what to do. Though I should have left as soon as I saw she was clueless, I guess I learned my lesson. Then, despite my warnings she was not at all gentle and would brush my hair so strongly after each wash that my already delicate hair BROKE in lots of parts. As the pictures demonstrate, she simply dyed in some areas with dark color, leaving patches and a straight line. It was so messy that Ricardo had to repeat the process. My hair had to undergo yet another round of dying, and the lady's forceful brushing broke my hair even more. They stayed longer after the shop closed, but even so, I had severely broken hair, no balayage, and THEY CHARGED ME MORE (£120) even though the website states it should have cost £70. The end result was significantly different from any balayage picture, while some areas had some highlights left in place, others had none at all, which gave an odd appearance. After having to fix it myself at home two days later, the color looks better, but the hair is completely broken and damaged.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this salon for the first time in February 2025 on a Sunday for a degradĆØ. Riccardo did my hair, there was no other customer around and the result was good. I went back in June 2025, on a Saturday, to get the same thing and the result was bad. The toner was clearly not applied evenly and the whole thing was poorly done (the place was full so I had three people working on me, two different people applying the toner - which I think explains why the result is soo poor - and during the blow out someone pulled my hair so hard I got tears in my eyes). As you can see from the pictures, the face framing pieces look orange, while some of the lengths are completely white from being bleached but not toned.
I reached out to Riccardo afterwards and he acknowledged that it didnāt look good, and asked me to wash my hair a couple of times to see if the colour washed out and if not I could go back to get it fixed. The second picture is my hair washed so you can see the colour did not change. I decided to not go back as I donāt really trust them anymore.
I paid 175Ā£ for this and it was not worth it. I would not recommend this salon as my experience...
