A Rejuvenating Couples Massage at Spa & Massage, Chiswick
My recent visit to Spa & Massage in Chiswick was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted warmly by Gina, whose friendly and professional demeanour immediately set the tone for a relaxing experience.
After being welcomed, we were presented with a menu of treatments and opted for the 60-minute massage—Aromatherapy for myself and Deep Tissue for my wife.
After completing the necessary forms and enjoying their lovely Buddha Tea, Gina guided us to our treatment room, which was immaculate and inviting. The room’s serene ambience, enhanced by soft, calming music and dim lighting, provided the perfect setting for unwinding. Every detail reflected a commitment to cleanliness and comfort, adding to the overall experience.
Our therapists, Filipa and Gianina, were outstanding. Their expertise was evident from the first moments of the massage. The pressure applied during my Aromatherapy massage was just right, releasing tension while maintaining a sense of relaxation. My wife equally praised the Deep Tissue massage, which effectively targeted her muscle tightness. Both therapists were attentive and skilled, ensuring that we felt completely at ease throughout the session. The experience didn't end with the massage.
Afterwards, we were offered their signature Buddha Tea, a soothing blend that perfectly complemented the serene atmosphere. It was so delightful that I couldn’t resist purchasing some to enjoy at home—a wonderful way to carry a piece of the experience with me.
Overall, our visit to Spa & Massage in Chiswick was truly rejuvenating. Whether you’re looking for a therapeutic treatment or a relaxing escape, I highly recommend this gem. With its welcoming staff, serene environment, and skilled therapists, it’s the perfect destination for self-care or a special treat with a loved one. We will definitely be returning for another...
Read moreI recently went for a 60 minute deep tissue massage and reflexology at Spa and Massage in Chiswick. The moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a calming and relaxing experience. You’re offered a green tea when you get there while you wait for your massage. The massage rooms are down stairs and the ambience is set when you get there. The therapist dims the lights and puts on some calming music. The massage itself was incredible. My therapist Cecilia asked me what I would like her to focus on and then offered reflexology as part of it. I went for a deep tissue massage with the focus being on my shoulders and I know I get a lot of tension in them. Cecilia did a fantastic job and checked me on me throughout asking if the pressure was okay and checking I was happy with what she was doing. The 60 minute massage lasted exactly that amount of time and afterwards I felt so calm and zen. They have lots of options on their website ranging from how long your massage lasts to the type of massage. I would highly recommend this place to anyone...
Read moreThis was, without exaggeration, the worst and most bizarre massage I’ve ever had. I booked a deep tissue massage, but what I received didn’t even qualify as a basic massage. There was no technique, no pressure — just aimless stroking for an entire hour. It felt like the therapist (name beginning with S) was completely making it up as she went along.
I asked her twice to focus on my neck and shoulder, and she completely ignored this. She kept bumping into and shifting the bed to get past, which was disruptive and irritating. On top of that, the lights were left on full brightness for most of the session, making it hard to relax.
The strangest part was when she reached my head: she started randomly poking my scalp and then began pulling my hair. I asked if everything was okay, and she just kept doing it for a good two minutes. It was bizarre and totally unprofessional.
I’m perplexed how my massage was so terrible when they have such...
