This was in 2016 but I'm writing this now because the heartlessness really stuck with me. I booked a pottery course for my wife for Christmas. She only managed to make one class before I had a major accident that left me hospitalised for some time. As a result, she was unable to complete the course because she was at my bedside. When I was able to, I emailed and explained what had happened and asked if they could allow her on the next course because of the circumstances, and how it would be really great for my wife seeing what she had been through. They couldn't find it in their hearts to allow her on the next course and said we would just have to book again. We were met by Yasmin and Ellie who gave us a taster session. We were there more like 5.5 hours, and had a load of fun, and learned a lot! Not only that, but they gave us amazing recommendations for drinks and dinner afterwards!
