Beautiful little place if you have been before. Situated on Wilmslow Road going through Didsbury Village to get to it. Just follow the road round till you get round the corner where you see the Didsbury Pub set back off the road. Parking can be a bit difficult if you dont know the area. But as far as I am aware you can park behind the pub its free unless they have changed it! The Botanical Gardens are to your right across the road from the pub. I've been in there a few times & its just nice to see all the lovely flowers & trees in the summer time. Fletcher Moss is walking distance past the pub where you will see the entrance. Beautiful area with lovely carved wood animal benches as well as other park benches to sit on. A little cafe there too where you can buy hot or cold drinks. As you walk in you will see railing & steps leading down to their gardens. Beautiful flowers beds with over flowing flowers from trees. A tree shaped like an elephant is there too. Little streams of water falls coming from rocks as well. Further down as you walk along there is a pond with wild flowers in the water. Just a magical place. We were lucky to see a robin following us while we were there. Bees amongst the flower beds & sometimes butterflies too. There is also a picnic area past the house going through the gardens when you walk through. You will see a small parking area too on your way which is situated on Mill Gate lane if you want to park there, its only small if you're lucky to get parking that is! Just a nice place to go & sit & have a quite moment to yourself! Well worth the visit to either!! If you want a pub lunch the pub do nice meals too as I have had a few meals in there too. Nice service & friendly staff...
