We recently had the pleasure of visiting head over heels (Chorlton), and I must say, it was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked through the doors of head over heels, we knew we were in for a fantastic experience. But little did we know that someone named Vivi would make our visit truly extraordinary.
Vivi, a shining star at the soft play center, welcomed us with a warm smile and an infectious energy that instantly put the kids at ease. She was like a fairy godmother, ensuring that every child had the time of their lives. Her genuine enthusiasm and dedication to creating a memorable experience for each child was truly commendable.
Vivi went above and beyond. She was like a guardian angel, always present, ensuring the little ones were having a great time and assisting them when needed. Her ability to connect with children on their level was truly remarkable.
The attention to detail at head over heels was outstanding. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. They ensured that safety measures were followed, providing a worry-free environment for parents and caregivers.
In addition to the exceptional service provided by Vivi, the play centre offered a variety of amenities for families, including a cozy cafƩ where parents could relax and enjoy refreshments while keeping an eye on their children.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen to Head Over Heels today with my 9year old daughter and my 5year old son who has autism very nice place for the kids and nice place for the adults in their cafe BUT just before we was going my son ran up the stairs with his ice and he sister ran after him then 10 minutes later my daughter came back and said she couldnāt find him so I said keep looking for him he canāt get out then 20 minutes after me going to the toilet and then the desk and asking them if they had seen my son cos I was panicking that they could of let him out with a another family I got one of the staff to help my daughter to go look for my son with her and I was still panicking a lot a different member of staff brought him back to me and he said my son got in there disabled lift and halfway down Pressed the emergency stop button And locked himself in there for 30 minutes So I said to him, how did my son who has got autism managed to get into the lift where Child should be able to access And press a emergency Stop button what no child should be able to reach And get locked in there He said someone mustāve left the door open which they automatically close And as I was leaving, and They said I incurred some charges for being over my time-slot So I said what charges my son was locked in your lift I could not find him and they said that I still had to pay I said I am not paying nothing because no child should be able to access their disabled left and press the emergency stop button and get locked in there. My son was scared so he got the manager Who was the man who brought my son back to me? I told him I am not paying nothing and that I was doing this review He could not give me a good enough answer why my son access a disabled lift and lock himself in there for 25 to 30 minutes without nobody knowing so in the end they opened the door for us to leave will not be going there again not happy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time I came today with my 2 children and older daughter. Was asked if Iāve been before which I replied I hadnāt. Was quite anxious as I didnāt know what to expect, a little guide to show me how it works would of been helpful and relaxed me a little more just something for you to consider for future new guests.
The kids were straight off with big smiles and my eldest went with them, I got a seat at the cafe and ordered a latte and some juices for the kids, I was served by a very friendly Australian ladie(I didnāt get her name) she was really friendly and polite. However I nearly choked when she said Ā£7.10. Thereās no prices for hot drinks so you donāt know until you orderā¦.
The play area was beautifully set up, I paid for 2 hours as it was only £1 each more to go for the extra half hour so I thought why not. The kids absolutely loved it, I even had a go round myself with the children and it is pretty amazing. My favourite bit has to be the disco floor! Only down fall to the disco floor is they should play some music and it would make it 10/10. My son absolutely loved the football section, and my little girl loved the red slides.
Toilets were clean and presentable.
Overall, I would give it a 7/10 it is worth the price for the kids to get in but think they should bring it down to around Ā£2/Ā£2,50 per adult. The cafe needs to come down in price a little or let people bring there own drinks in not everyone can afford to pay the prices, but children definitely need more than 1 drink while here. However the play area is absolutely amazing., the kids didnāt want to leave to the point they were hiding from me 𤣠the staff were all very friendly and smiley and friendly. I will return 100% but I hope the price for adults comes down as that is the only thing that will stop me coming on a more...
