Recently, I took my parents to the Hut 9 POW WW2 camp. It's usually only open 2 weekends a year as it's run by volunteers and people preserving the last remaining camp building. The talk at the beginning of the visit is fascinating and crammed full of interesting facts and figures even if you don't know the area. The second part in the hut is again packed with artifacts and interesting stories from the volunteers/actors.
