Absolutely shameful service provided by the ‘store manager’ this weekend. My wife had received a gift voucher for Christmas and was hoping to treat herself and probably spend significantly more than the voucher would cover. When in store, she clicked on the link found in the email and a message came up, that the link had expired. We then asked for assistance. The lady we spoke to, went to fetch the manger, who told us in a tone dripping with condescension, that gift cards only last for Four Weeks!!!!! When we questioned this policy and doubted that it was likely, his reply was that it was in the terms and conditions. This first class customer service was delivered with a snear of contempt and a dual hand wave gesture, obviously meant to shoo us away. Whether it was our clothes or the colour of our skin that repulsed him is unclear. We left, obviously. Upon returning home, we looked up the terms and conditions, which of course confirmed that in fact, an online gift card has absolutely NO expiration date. An email to customer services, provided us with a replacement link and we will try again. However, this will not be in the Solihull branch and after spending this voucher, we will never give Rituals our custom...

Guess my surprise today going with my friend to Bullring Rituals store and after she spent 40£ they gift her one shower gel and some face creams. also the attitude of the seller was very condescending, maybe because I was dressed in gym clothes and didn't wear fancy clothes.. definitely won't be coming back...

I came in with my partner, and a group of Asian ladies came in at the same time. of course the sales assistant went straight over to these ladies instead and completely ignored us.
