I have seen Nikki at Serene Serenity 3 times now for deep tissue massages on my back, and some neck / scalp massages too. I have Thoracic disc protrusions and suffer with very tight and uncomfortable mid / upper back and neck. I have previously had a deep tissue therapist at my chiropractor for years and unfortunately they moved away so I was 'nervous' of finding someone new. I came accross Nikki and Serene Serenity and I am so glad I did! She is very professional with what she does, explains everything and adjusts things to suit your needs. The environment is very relaxing indeed and I have always came away feeling great, woke up the next day feeling even better. I am happy to know that Nikki will now be a part of my rehab and recovery process and would fully recommend...

I visited Nicola after my surgery last year for a lymphatic drainage massage I had about 8 sessions and she was so amazing at her job and so kind I decided to come back today for a full body massage and a facial. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I left half asleep, totally relaxed feeling amazing. I have had many massages at different places but this was by far the best one I have ever had. I will 100% be making this my regular spot. She has a great selection of things on offer, it’s in a beautiful location and building. Very clean, could not of felt more at home. My back feels so much lighter now thanks to Nicola.🩷 She is a wonderful lady and makes me feel comfortable everytime I would recommend to anyone and everyone, and a great gift for a loved one! 100/10...
