If you want a nice surprise for your little ones, this is it. The train runs o ly on weekends, good weather provided. After the ride, there is a lot more to do. Walking through the garden, spending time at the playground or having a bite and a drink at the Harvester restaurant.

Lovely park with really nice miniature railway - well worth a ride and look out for the long tunnel ! Children's playground in the park and a great café next to the railway offering drinks and food and really good ice cream 👍

Love the trains. Loved them when I was a kid and now as a 50 year old man I still loved riding them with my Dad! Brought back great memories and the Engines are gorgeous. Recommended for any age it’s a blast!

I’m in my 30s now but I have fond memories of many rides on the little trains here. I always hated it as a child it was especially scary going in the dark tunnel and I didn’t like the steam and the noise but looking back now it was all good fun. I’ve lived in Sussex my whole life so I only hope this little train is still running when I have children as I’d love to pass to experience on. Keep up the amazing work so many of us have such happy childhood...

We went with our children family of 5 and our friends went with there family and it said child friendly only to find out it wasn’t as younger children not allowed and when we spoke to staff they didn’t have the knowledge to let people know about children so waiting in a muddy path to find this out is...
