Having found 360 Farnborough on Google, I thought for a change we would take our two children (2 & 7) here. The experience we had is one of the very worst! The place gleamed with Dirt and hygiene standards were at an all time low even though we are in the midst of coronavirus! The place was heaving! No sanitizer in any outlets. The rooms were shabby, old and the toys were all fit for the bin! Nothing was sanitise regularly. In fact I asked a member of staff how often things are cleaned and he said ā€œtwice daily, once in the morning, once at night!ā€ I was quite shocked despite the footfall traffic! Everything looked grim and dirty. I was very uneasy about my 2 year old picking anything up! The softplay it self, was dangerous, the padding on some of the floors was flat with the cushion totally deflated. The stairs which were made of foam were also flattened and I felt quite dangerous. I decided to remove my little one from the softplay. There was little staff around, the ones which were looked liked they really didn’t want to be there and morale was at an all time low. The way I saw it none of the staff particularly wanted to be there. No one cared! I would never return to this venue! It has to be the worse ever softplay I’ve ever been too. Dirty, shabby and bloody expensive for such an horrific place!

This place wasn't awful but could be better. Booked online straight forward picked an arrival time but can stay for as long as you like. Sainsbury's carpark max 2 hours stay. My son was having fun so I moved car to multistorey whilst my Nan watched him I was allowed back in don't leave your kids unattended there has to be someone watching them. Photos on entry to make sure the correct child leaves with the right adult. Sensible however slows down exit if both on desk are booking people in. There was a queue to leave. Not the nicest carpet bit sticky toilets were cleanish there was not any toilet paper but second visit it had been topped up along with the soap. We arrived at 12 so I will let them off for the hour wait for it but I wouldn't take your kids in hungry. When it did arrive it was nice the katsu chicken chips were a bit disappointing, service was okay but one person doing coffee and serving prolonged the wait in line not her fault although there wasn't any need to put cups so hard down. Plenty to do although I couldn't find the WiFi password which was a shame because I wasn't able to use the qr codes they have dotted around with interactions for the kids. I wasn't able to get pictures because there so many kids that were not mine in frame but I suppose we would go back.

Didnt take many pictures sorry we were having so much fun! Place is huge and brilliant for all ages! Lovely clean soft play with slides, mazes, climbing, wobbly obstacles, mirrors, ball pits, bumper cars, role play village with dress up and props, they have party facilities here, a cafe, toilets and a carousel!! Well worth the money we paid 18.00 fpr an adult and 1 toddler but it wasnt busy when we went term time on a friday at lunchtime it was my 2 year old paradise we had it near enough to ourselves without older kids bumping him over it was great! Staff were friendly and engaging with the children. Fully secure photo entry system and locked gates for in and out. Will defo be back! We came from basingstoke on the train which took around 15 min on train and a five min really easy walk to the venue! Theres a mcdonalds opposite too and its next to sainsburys if u dont want to buy food there. Our food however was nice from the venue and reasonably priced. They sell snacks, fresh cake, biscuits and drinks. It is card payments only. There is a lift for pushchair/wheelchair access also. We did not have to prebook tickets either however i can imagine on weekends this is advised but not essential. 10/10 from us!.

This place is a health hazard! Absolutely vile! Its was early morning on a Friday off peak and as I entered the building I was disgusted with ththe floor to then entering the play area the smell of damp and mould is overwhelming.. the play facilities are clearly not sanitised there was dirt, bodily fluids and god knows what else my daughter had bright coloured leggings on and they was covered in dirt and god knows what else! Less than 24 hours after visiting we ended up in hospital with my daughter with a serious stomach bug which I can only assume has been picked up at this vile unsanitary place because that was the first time in a week we had been out and we didn’t even interact with anyone while there. Sort it out you charge the earth to go and yet can’t keep it sanitary or clean! Disgusting place I would avoid at all cost. Unless you’d like to become poorly from either the mould inhalation or unsanitary conditions, needs reporting to environmental health staff are also about as useful as a chocolate tea pot I will not be returning and I will be advising everyone else to avoid. Updated I have seen your response and regardless of what EHO have reported clearly your facilities hygiene practice is extremely poor because I can see multiple reviews with the same complaints as mine posted after my review so clearly this is an on going issue. Its is an absolutely disgusting facility and I’m clearly not the only other person who has raised similar issues and all been responded to with the same generic response about EHO. Weather EHO are providing 5 stars or not it does not dismiss the fact that children and families that are visiting your facility have become seriously ill my daughter was hospitalised less than 24 hours after visiting this facility. EHO inspect anywhere between 6 monthly or 5 yearly so there is nothing to say your inspection wasn’t done 3 months before hand and this facility have chosen to be relaxed about hygiene and general practice for the next 3-6 months. EHO giving a good report and having a new sticker put on your door does not stop a business from future up keep and cleanliness until the next visit is due. This place needs shutting down it’s absolutely vile. They should be ashamed of themselves. Hopefully it doesn’t take for a child or adult to become so poorly that there is no turning back for them to actually pull their finger out of their backsides and take responsibility for their facilities and follow proper cleaning procedures for a play area that they provide to young vulnerable children. I stand by my previous statement I would avoid...

I wanted to offer you some feedback following our visit today as we were very disappointed.

Firstly, we had to queue for ages to get in. There was one girl on the desk letting people in and out. Needless to say, she was extremely grumpy by the time she got to us. On a Saturday I would have thought it would have been better staffed.

Nothing on your website shows that the nearest car parking limits you to two hours. We travelled especially to the venue today, we are not locals and had to leave after 2 hours to prevent getting a parking ticket. We could not see any other parking locally which would allow us to stay for longer.

Nothing on your website explains that you have to take pictures of the children. Had we known we definitely would not have attended. When I asked the question to the girl on the desk I was met with a sharp reply. But, I do not like the idea of you holding personal information and photographs of my children. This needs to be made clear on the website. By the time we got there and the children had seen the soft play area, it wouldn't have been fair to take them away, hut the whole process made me feel very uneasy. On top of that the girl on the desk didn't even ask if she could photograph my children. I had to physically cover their faces so she stopped and actually explained to me why she did it. I still don't understand as those photos weren't checked when we left, even though we, again, had to queue to leave the venue.

The role play areas were not actively tidied up. I'm sure at the start of the day the children would have had a great time. By the time we arrived, most of the role play areas were empty and it was chaos. We've been to a lot of these places before and they are always well staffed with the team members tiding up so that all children get the chance to experience each area fully.

There seemed to be a lot of staff just sitting around, not doing much. It seems to be a free for all. There were a group of boys in thee who, I was suggest, were much too old to be in there, kicking and pushing each each other and intimidating the smaller children. Again, members of staff should be managing this.

We didn't see any of the 'daily activities' taking place.

All in, for what we paid to attend, plus the ridiculous 'membership fee', it was an utter waste of money. We have been to so many other venues which beat this hands down and we wouldn't have any concerns paying the entrance fee for. Such a shame, as it could be a good...

Firstly, I come here a lot as my kids have passes and I’ve always renewed them because it is my local go to to take the kids for play time so I have a very good insight on what this place is like week in week out.

Positives:

I like the regular staff, they know me and my children and are always friendly Young lad who works behind the kitchen has great customer service Great fun for the kids Good location Cakes are nice but always out of stock Cars and carousel are fab Table football and table tennis are great just in need of a good clean Kids premium meals are good

Negatives:

Cleaning needs to be kept on top of (you need someone going around with the hoover every hour). Many times I have come here in the late afternoon and it looks dreadful, food crushed everywhere on the floor, tables dirty and food plates left on tables for a long time before taken away.

Tea Machine is broken and has been since before the summer! Staff behind the till play it down but the tea always comes out lukewarm with a white cast on the top so I don’t buy tea anymore.

Cutlery is minging! Needs further cleaning because it has built up water marks on it! You need more salt in your dishwasher or a staff member polishing it with boiling water and a soft cloth.

The kitchen offers no fresh sandwiches for the kids and I think snack choices are poor. There is nothing healthy on offer at all.

Jacket potatoes are always hard and dry and never have butter in.

Toilets are gross and need regular cleaning.

Balls for the ball pits?! We need to see a return of these it makes no sense not having them when the kids run around touching everything anyway.

Toys need replacing in particular the soft toys and dress up. The little shop never has toy fruit or baskets for the kids to play with.

Seating by the baby area is under a speaker which is constantly playing the same playlist on repeat everyday, it’s loud and you can’t enjoy a conversation with friends.

I tolerate this place for my kids because they love it and it’s local but it could do so so much better.

I hope the owners reading this take it as constructive criticism and improve on the pointers above because people notice these things and I do believe if you improve this place you will see more customers and a higher profit margin. It’s a win win...
