A small but very popular resort with all the facilities you might need. Wide flat, sandy beach at low tide but still plenty of space at high tide.  Pretty harbour. Stunning views from the top of the hill. Regular events such as The World Cawl cooking championships. Dog restrictions apply to the whole beach except a small area just before you get to Coppet Hall beach between 1stMay and 30th September. Check out a map of the beach to help with which section of beach it applies to. A voluntary dog ban applies to Coppet Hall beach between 1st May and the 30thSeptember. The owners of the beach, Hean Castle Estate, realise the beach can get very busy with families and might not be the best beach to bring your dog in the height of summer. Pretty harbour. Stunning views from the top of the hill. Lots of places to eat/drink and a few shops to browse in if you want to. A couple of the shops on ocean square sell wet suits and dry robes and the cafe by the front serves a mean hot chocolate! Parking is charged at £3 for 2 hours, there are disabled parking spaces in the Harbour Car Park for Blue Badge Holders, in close proximity to the beach. Access around the main harbour area is disabled friendly and beach wheelchairs can be hired.
