Public Service Broadcasting and Elbow, August 2025. I'd never been to the bandstand before and didn't really know what to expect. I can honestly say that it is the best music venue I have ever been to. Get there early and grab a seat on the wooden benches at the front. It's such a relaxed venue, I was able to go and grab a drink, use the toilet, whatever and just amble back to my seat. Perfect. Also, the acoustics were sublime. None of the usual heavy bass and muted elements of tunes at other live venues. Crystal clear, not too loud, just perfect m The weather was good though - may not have been quite so perfect in a heavy downpour. Would visit again in a heartbeat. ( Yes, take a cushion - the concrete is hard!)

Amazing evening at the Bandstand. What a fabulous experience. We saw Belinda Carlisle and were right at the front. The atmosphere was fantastic. So electric and comfortable, even when it started to rain. Downside is that drinks are on the expensive side, but the same at any concert venue. Would be happy to go here and see a brand or artist that I wasn't even a fan of just for the experience again. By far the best concert venue I've been too. Felt very intimate, rather than a big venue where you can't see the stage or watching the artist or band on a screen. Looking forward to seeing more acts here. Highly recommended!

The weather was perfect for an outside concert in glasgow. This was a special night for me as stiff little fingers was the first band I seen at the age of 14 in glasgow apollo march 1980. I got the train in from east kilbride had a few beers and and as soon as slf took the stage I was that 14 year old boy again singing along to every song to the extent I lost my voice for a couple of day's. Great band , great weather. Great venue. One of the best nights I've had in years.. hanx!!

Excellent, mid _ summer venue, great amphitheatre accoustics, all staff at this venue, from what I observed, were up for it, well organised and willing to help. As the sun came down and the little moon came up, the lighting around the event, was magnificent, I liked the blue and white, like the Saltire colours, earlier on, followed by, the green and red, my favourite background colours, when watching a gig, came on, around the stage, extending into a kind of, pinky purple around the fringes. I really loved watching some bats flying by, picking off the light attracted insects. Just not good for the airborne insects, but that is, real bio...
