Public Service Broadcasting and Elbow, August 2025. I'd never been to the bandstand before and didn't really know what to expect. I can honestly say that it is the best music venue I have ever been to. Get there early and grab a seat on the wooden benches at the front. It's such a relaxed venue, I was able to go and grab a drink, use the toilet, whatever and just amble back to my seat. Perfect. Also, the acoustics were sublime. None of the usual heavy bass and muted elements of tunes at other live venues. Crystal clear, not too loud, just perfect m The weather was good though - may not have been quite so perfect in a heavy downpour. Would visit again in a heartbeat. ( Yes, take a cushion - the...

So electric and comfortable, even when it started to rain. Downside is that drinks are on the expensive side, but the same at any concert venue. Would be happy to go here and see a brand or artist that I wasn't even a fan of just for the experience again. By far the best concert venue I've been too. Felt very intimate, rather than a big venue where you can't see the stage or watching the artist or band on a screen. Looking forward to seeing more acts here. Highly...
