Amazing evening at the Bandstand. What a fabulous experience. We saw Belinda Carlisle and were right at the front. The atmosphere was fantastic. So electric and comfortable, even when it started to rain. Downside is that drinks are on the expensive side, but the same at any concert venue. Would be happy to go here and see a brand or artist that I wasn't even a fan of just for the experience again. By far the best concert venue I've been too. Felt very intimate, rather than a big venue where you can't see the stage or watching the artist or band on a screen. Looking forward to seeing more acts here. Highly recommended!

Was here to see Tide Lines on a very mild October night. Got lucky with the weather and the venue kept their end of the bargain. Sound quality was fantastic which pleasantly surprised us and made it a cracking setting for an outdoor gig. Unfortunately the bar was cash only on the night as the card machines weren't working. Could have snuck in as a five star otherwise! If you don't plan on being up dancing while there bring a wee camping cushion...and some waterproofs just in case.

First time at venue and what a great place for music and everyone of staff I spoke to from security to bar staff to toilet attendant were all very friendly also a good selection of eateries and bar ran smoothly all night on both nights I was there and on the plus side they had aspall cider and the weather also made but don’t know what it would be like on a usual Scottish rainy night so I’ll definitely be on lookout for more music at this venue

Wonderful venue for a gig, especially if it's not raining. The security staff were brilliant. The toilets were clean and never a queue for them. Drinks prices were good too, with offerings of a couple of decent beers, cider, gin and soft drinks. The sound was brilliant - I went to see Future Islands and the instruments really came through, whilst still allowing Samuel's voice to shine. Loved it and can't wait to return in the future.

On a beautiful day this is an absolute perfect place to watch some artist entertainment. Fresh air in a beautiful park listening to beautiful original music by students from the Scotland University. Great lighting and booming sound system that travels all the way through the park. Definitely a great place to visit whilst in Glasgow and hopefully, if you're lucky enough, there will be some music of poetry for you to listen to.

One of my favourite locations for gigs. Relatively small venue so you are close to the action. Well located so easy to get to and plenty of things in the area. Good selection of bars and restaurants. Easy to get a drink and use the toilet facilities inside. Sound system good too. Have been to around five or six music gigs here and always been great. Highly recommend as part of the August lineup.
