For the amount of money spent, I do not think this Paradise Island is good enough. It was far too packed (not given enough time to go round concidering there were 7 of us) both my son and friend's child both have Additional needs and were treated appallingly. We told to hurry up and move along the courses which meant leaving our children to go round the course by themselves. ( we never had time to enjoy it) I was disgusted with the customer assistants lack of patience and understanding and customer care. This Paradise Island is not a patch on the Livingston Venue. Myself, My children and both friends and their famillies will not be returning. Ruined what was meant to be a funfilled birthday treat for my 10 year old son who has Developmental Co-Ordination Disorder, which means he cannot be rushed and has be given extra time in such activities. Horrified that in this day in age the staff are not given training on this and the attitude from them was disgraceful. I will be emailing Paradise Island in Glasgow and take this further.
