I occasionally go shopping 🛍️ at West Quay. On the ground floor and first floor you can find shops and 3rd floor food. There are lifts and elevators to get up and down the levels. So very wheelchair and buggy accessible. There are toilets 🚾 upstairs on the 3rd floor and and downstairs on the first floor, however the toilets on the first floor have been close for over 2 years which is very disappointing as it’s hard to get to the top floor with a small child that tells you they need the toilet last minute ! I don’t believe that the toilets are out of order else the would have opened by now! It’s due to laziness or not hiring enough cleaners! Hence unfortunately only giving 3 stars. There are plenty of shops and it’s great during rainy days as it’s all indoors. On all floors there are some small boutique shops like the fuel fruit drink shop or a nespresso shop.

Shopping centre is great but the car park is poorly designed and absolutely disgusting. Even if you ever park, please try to avoid the far end as it took me an hour and half to get out of it on a very busy day of Southampton University open day. The reason I noticed was due to poor design of the exit, far end cars had to give way to 1000s of cars exiting from the near end and security had no intention to let them out evenly. I would choose different car parks even if they are bit more expensive. Beware and don't fall into the trap of saving few quids.

Their poster says, "Shop till 8 eat till late" Rubbish. It should say Order food until 7 and then gobble it down before security chuck you out at 8. What a joke, get a grip and fence off the shops after 8 and keep the restaurants open. In reply to Westquay's reply. I hear what you say but all the restaurants that close at 8 are listed beside your big banner that I describe. See the attached photo from Eds Diner. You can just see the end of "Shop till 8 eat till late" alongside a logo of Ed's. This is what I am objecting to, it can be very misleading

DOG FRIENDLY!! We had a great time yesterday walking around the shopping mall and love that it is dog friendly again in all the shops!!!! 😁 Was a bit disappointed that we couldn't get food in there though no restaurant would allow the dog which we could of sat in a corner away from all food but they still didn't allow it. Not even on the tables outside of the restaurants They had art of Asia doing some of their dances in the centre. The smoothie place was really nice. nice and refreshing after our 2 hour journey from Brighton

Lovely shopping centre! Visited today, lots of choice for shopping and food, I needed help amd couldn't find a help desk but a security guard (didn't catch his name) but a tanned guy, slick black hair) helped me to get to where I needed as I was getting frustrated and overwhelmed, he was so polite and walked me and my children to where we needed. Such a credit to the centre, he was lovely. We saw the music show outside which was amazing to catch this free event.

Good sized shopping centre with good choice of eateries. One thing to note is there is no bins in the main shopping floors so a little awkward with where to leave rubbish. Range of seating around if you want a break. The multi story car park features very good EV chargers on level 5, well marked and often not iced. 6 kw and free to use, just make sure you lock the charger as there is no security. £5 all day parking makes the charging pretty cheap.
