They give a lot of attention in beginners sessions and tend to have low instructor ratios. The routes are starting to be changed more often in the last few months. They have a large range of routes( that vary in difficulty) and the well textured walls give the walls a similar feeling to climbing on gritstone where smearing is always needed. The centres usually quite quiet giving you free reign to choose your climbs. Theres a community feel and the staff are nice and friendly. Although I would recommend checking the opening times before a visit as they are currently having some construction on the roof so they might be different from usual(01/17)
