The Great Moguls — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

If I could score this as a minus...it would be. Where to start. We had a group booking for a Christmas day curry. All food was pre ordered, and was still wrong. Starters were onion bhaji and prawn cocktail. All the onion bhaji's were extremely tough. The two young children [3 to 7] had chicken dinners. The chicken came out not cooked and bloody. These were then sent back but the children were then completely put off which ruined there meal. The curries all came out with about 4 to 6 small pieces of chicken which is very poor given the £25 per person price tag. Nan breads should have come out with the main, but at least 4 of our party had finished their mains and those who hasn't were close. Not once during the meal were we asked if everything was ok, even after sending the childrens meals back. All in all, it was absolutely shocking, and I would class this as the worst indian in Stoke on Trent. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING...

Ordered last night 1 special mix starter for 2 and the moguls special curry and a nan which cost me £21.67. What an awful mistake I made.

The starter was cold, burned, hard, greasy and completely unedable.

The curry had no taste and was not made according to taste asked for. It was disgusting and to top it off had shreds of salad wilted on the top.

The meal also came with mango chutney, pickle and yoghurt & mint sauce which was off and completely spoiled

None of this was as bad as the after math of trying this food about 1 hour later. This food gave me explosive diarrhoea all night with stomach cramps way into the morning.

I will be reporting this to environmental health.

IF YOU WANT A SICK DAY FROM WORK THIS RESTAURANT IS PERFECT OTHERWISE AVOID!! ALSO IF YOU ORDER ON FOOD HUB YOU HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING A REFUND.

Went for a 21st birthday meal it was the worse experience I have had it ruined the birthday as we all sat down ordered food and one of the starters come out and then when the couple finished the another starter came then half way through the starter they ohnly brought two of the curries out and we then waited a hour and half for the rest of the food when we were asking the staff where the food was no body knew what was happening their was staff serving drinks who were underage and then the staff brought out the food to another table why we were still waiting for the food we ended walking out and going to the Indian cottage where the food was absolutely amazing and only waited 15 minuets for our food and they made the night for us thank you for ruining my boyfriends birthday but thank you to INDIAN COTTAGE for sorting out the mess...
