Booked 6 tickets for the New Years. We have been several times before including New Years. We drove an hour to get there and we all were dressed smart. My brother who is 22 had a smart white top on. We were told we couldn’t come in cause he didn’t have a shirt on. Little did they know we called up before we left to ask about the dress code and they never said men had to wear shirts. We had been on New Years before and he wore something similar and we got let in. Woman security was so rude when we tried to explain to her that we called up and no one told us about shirts because it was never a rule before. Staff told us they had turned away 100 people already due to dress code and it was only 8pm. People were left on New Years having to go back to their homes . I can certainly say I will NEVER go back again which is a shame as it was a family tradition of ours. I will be telling everyone I know also to never visit this Casion again just in case they introduce more rules and don’t let their loyal customers know. I hope over people will boycott them too. I also had to walk in for my refund of my tickets. When I walked in I saw women in very casual wear with strapped tops on and which I asked what the dress code was for the woman and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. It’s now coming Into 2022 and we are not in the 1950/s people should be aloud to wear what they want and dress smart how they like. I hope everyone reads this review and reconsiders their choice visiting....

Food - nothing short of disgusting and heavily overpriced. The chef must of got his recipes from Newington council estate.
Rewards/comps - zero reward for your play and zero loyalty.
Slots/tables - variety of games to choose from.
Management - the lack of organisation is comical. You have the opportunity to attract people within a 60 miles radius being the only casino in the area, but somehow manage to run it into the ground. The poker room is a shambles despite the current poker staffs best effort, the book stops with management who refuse to listen to players and staff.
The only manager to my knowledge who actually listens and seems willing is “Marcin”. Very polite bloke and always friendly.
Also Ken who again is very friendly and is easy to talk to and deal with.
Maybe have a suggestion box in the poker room and listen to your customers, or you will lose it all together through private games and...
Read moreI go here every now and then and have never had any issues. I play and whether I win or loose I really enjoy nights spent here. Last night, I won quite a bit and was probably more jovial than usual. When I went to the cashier, I cracked a joke with the guys there - as I always do. Unfortunately there was this Asian guy there who told me to keep my jokes to myself although others found the joke funny - the joke was not aimed at him or anyone else, it was a joke about me taking all their money that night because I was winning so much. I don't think that guy should be allowed to work with the public or if it's the shifts that gets him down, he should get a...
