I wish they could get funding....it's a brilliant little gem, with masses of history, knowledgeable guides and assistants. It's just that it needs a smart revamping of signage and displays. It's in the heart of the town and has a wealth of information about every aspect. The cells on the ground floor are cram packed with pictures and information, the passages are crowded with more, the stairs up-to the court room packed with pictures and texts. The court room itself has information on everything from archaeological pit excavations to suffragettes and Cobb's Brewery.
