Mulligans Worcester — Attraction in Worcester

Awful experience! Booked a date night and was told to let the staff know when we would like our food. So after the first game of golf we went and asked for the nachos and a pizza (we’d payed extra for the pizza) only to be told there was no cheese. We then agreed to just not have the pizza and have chips instead only for 5 minutes later to be told there was no guacamole for the nachos either. We weren’t entirely satisfied to have the nachos with not even half of what we paid for so just wanted a refund. No refund could be done apparently only offered free golf vouchers (We didn’t want these as why on earth would we want to come back here after this awful experience). Determined to still have a good night we said fine we’ll just swap again and have chicken wings and chips. Well this was the last straw for me as the chips came out 20 minutes later and they were cold, a manager then told me I’d get a FULL REFUND but we clearly had different interpretations of what that was as I’d paid £30 and they could only give me £9.75 .

Awful experience all round, I understand sometimes things going wrong but surely we could’ve been told upon arrival they didn’t have any cheese and therefore couldn’t accommodate the food or even the fact another member of staff told us the kitchen was closed (how can the kitchen be closed if we’ve paid for food).

Honestly ruined what was supposed to be a great night for me and...

Absolute shambles of a night.

Firstly, I was not impressed with the golf course. Very basic and the two different choices of courses are pretty much the same thing. Certainly don't book both in one night!

Secondly, the bar staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing, standing around confused, taking far too long to make drinks and using instructions, spilling drinks, not attending to customers waiting in the correct prioritisation and just a general lack of basic communication skills. On top of that, whilst my party waited to make food orders, only half of us managed to get an order through despite all waiting at the same time, and the other half were told no more food orders. We asked for a refund on food and drinks already ordered and left to go to another place to eat.

Thirdly, my friend left a bag on the golf course by accident and someone handed it in. When we approached the bar to get his bag back, everyone said they hadn't seen a bag or had one handed in. We did a mad rush around the place looking for it whilst staff were completely unhelpful, and then I found it sitting at the back of the bar.

Massively disappointed with the night and...

Myself and Fiancé decided to travel from Hereford to visit for our anniversary. This was based on friends' recommendations who have also recently visited and also made the same journey. Upon entry we were very politely greeted by a man called Oli. It certainly seemed nothing was too much for him and also a couple of his colleagues. He promoted the deals that were on offer very clearly, and also tweaked a few things around to suit our needs. We ended up playing the 2 x Crazy golf courses, which was amazing! We would of stayed longer to try other activities but due to travelling back to Hereford we were limited on time. The whole place was very clean and tidy, drinks were top notch and again the general experience on while was fantastic. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable evening. Without doubt will certainly be visiting again, and will be highly recommending to family and friends.

Keep up the amazing work and thanks to Oli for looking after us for the few hours we were with you, an absolute asset to your team/company.
