Went in looking for an appraisal and resizing but left disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

First, there is a big red sign right near the door handle that says ring bell. I made the mistake of ringing the bell which led to walking into a hostile environment. After an unpleasant greeting I asked about sizing down a ring and before even looking at the ring was told they would not do it. The staff explained the risk of resizing the ring and unwillingness to attempt which I understand and was fine. I then asked if they would be able to do an appraisal and presented them with the ring as well as GIA and GCAL paperwork. The man behind the counter picked up the ring and look extremely angry. He said someone else made money off the sale of the ring so they should give you the appraisal and proceeded to do a drop test of the ring. A simple sorry we cannot help or even a flat out no without a nasty attitude and attempt at damaging the ring would have been fine but they went above and beyond to be rude to my pregnant fiance and myself. I will never return to this place and I'll make sure to let everyone in the area that I know to not bother ever going in.

Recent: 2102016: visited again to get my wedding band resized and get a stone fixed. They are awesome and talked to me like I was family. Very friendly!!

(A month ago)Just went there this morning and I had a broken clasp I needed fixing on my husband's necklace. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he fixed it right in front of me and also cleaned it, FOR NOTHING! My husband and I have a 2 yr old and another one on the way so we've been so busy that the necklace has been put off for a long time. I'm going to wrap it and give it to him for christmas as a surprise. This place is awesome. After my 2nd baby comes I will be returning to have my wedding band resized! Great customer...
