Never will I recommend this place!!!!!! If I had the option I would give it -5 stars. Went for an appointment for alterations for my daughters quinceanera dress. I should’ve first known that when they were trying to find the appointment after speaking with them earlier this week booking the appointment that they couldn’t locate it. Then come to find out that the seamstress is not even at location because she is working from home. So they have their sales gals doing the pinning for alterations, whom which are not the professionals. They also told me that they would take the dress to the seamstress house. Which is incredibly bad because I don’t know if the person smokes, don’t know if they have pets, what if the person who’s bring it to them will get into it car accident with the dress. For a dress that’s a couple thousand dollars, it should never leave the location. All the errors that were wrong with the dress I kept on getting told that they don’t think there was nothing that the seamstress can do. I’m talking about there was five holes in the dress that I found so far the train and the edges of the dress at the bottom were supposed to be scallop shaped. It was extremely uneven. And my daughter sleeves were too big and the material of the dress they were stating that there’s a possibility that the seamstress gonna do anything for...

I had a highly disappointing experience. The customer service was awful, and important details about the dresses and items were left out, leading to a frustrating and confusing process. There was also a lack of transparency with the pricing—what was initially quoted did not match what I was ultimately charged. After reviewing the charges myself, I found several discrepancies. I recommend double-checking the math rather than relying on the employees, as they became defensive and rude when I raised the issue.

Additionally, be cautious when leaving a deposit at any expo. In my case, the deposit was not properly credited, and when I pointed this out, I was told that the payment was applied elsewhere and could not be accounted for in my final purchase. This raises the question of why a deposit would even be taken at an expo if it is not going to be honored in the final transaction.

Furthermore, the quality of the materials did not justify the high prices. Before wearing the dress for the first time, a few stones had already fallen out, and items that required glue were poorly assembled, with parts coming loose. For the cost, I expected much higher-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Overall, this shop did not meet my expectations, and I would NOT recommend it to anyone seeking quality service...

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Don’t waste your time, or MONEY on this incredibly distasteful shop. Customer service is AWFUL, my sister and I (full grown adults btw), took our niece to go dress shopping because we were paying for the dress and wanted to have this lovely moment with our niece buying her dream dress. Not only did we drive about 40-50 mins out of our way to go there, but the two store employees allowed us to waste our time looking around for dresses all for them to say at the moment we asked to try on 3 dresses “yeah she can’t try on the dress if you’re not her mom. It’s policy” so I proceeded with asking where this so called “policy” is typed or written. THEY HAD NOOO ANSWER FOR THAT, she got her manager out and said it was a “verbal store policy” and I told her it was absolutely beyond unprofessional to not inform her customers about this policy BEFOREHAND. They should have WRITTEN SIGNS posted all around their store, the employees should be AVIDLY INFORMING BUYERS AND PARENTS, and it should be STATED IN PRINT ON THEIR WEBSITE. Not waste and ruin someone’s time and hopes. Definitely handed it the owner and I hope that after today, she implements the policies the CORRECT WAY. DONT GIVE THEIR STORE OR LOCATIONS SALES.
