I was looking to upgrade Lexus my factory radio to something updated and new. A simple Google search maybe come across One Chance Auto Accessories Or 1 Chance Auto Accessories. I went through, not knowing what to expect because honestly. I have an updated the radio in the car since my 2002 Honda Accord. When I arrived, I was greeted by a lovely lady in the front who brought me to their back show room and suggested a few different types of radios for my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to see many options at fair and not over blown prices. I later met the owner who let me tell you is extremely knowledgeable and I was impressed. I decided to get myself a Sony radio and installation was set for today Friday, February 16, 2023. I was also reminded I needed a couple of extra pieces in order for the new radio to integrate with the old system. They were able to get these pieces for me ASAP. I arrive today at 9 PA and the whole job was done by 11:30 AM. I was called to the car by one of the installers, another nice knowledgeable person, and showing the functions of the radio and how to work all the special features. On my drive home, which is not too far I couldn’t believe the difference in sound between what I had before and what I have now. I am not new to the audio scene having worked in many professional nightclubs throughout my life. I know good sound when I hear it and let me tell you this was good sound. I was so happy with it that I literally sat in my car, and listen to my music for another three hours before I went inside the house. Bottom line everything looks great sounds great and works great, as they say I’m a very happy camper. When I was calling around to check on availability and prices to have a backup camera and dashcam installed on my '09 Frontier, all of them mostly in Augusta (about 4 or 5 establishments) quoted me prices but never went to details. I knew that it was never the final price when you get there. I was hoping they'll be nice enough to tell me more... if they want my business, right?

Then I called 1 Chance Auto Accessories, in Aiken, which is farther away from me. I asked the gentleman on the other end, Michael, the same questions expecting the same type of response and to my surprise, he invited me to visit the store so he can explain and see my options. When I got there, he helped me right away. Even though it got busier, his focus was on me. Not an ounce of a "car-salesman mentality". I never felt pressured to buy anything and I was not rushed. He then gave me a printed quote. We set up a schedule for installation.

Well, here I am writing a review that is very well deserved. It was worth my time to post this because he covered every area of customer service, professionalism, quality of product and installation, and value for your money. Just like his business name, Michael has only 1 chance to prove to you he is worth it.

I was greeted by Ms. Crystal. She's so nice. Wonderful customer service. You can't find great customer service these days, but you will here. Their clean, & pleasant environment is very welcoming and makes you feel like family. Mr. Mike and a young man installed my system. It wasn't long & Mr. Mike walked me through it.
