My parentâs and I decided to go to Aiken 7/19/25 instead of our normal trip to Columbia, SC. What a big mistake this was, we ate at the Mellow Mushroom for late lunch (hot as HELL in the restaurant),, then decided to go to the Atomic Pinball. OMG what an expensive waste of time for out of townerâs that DO NOT live there! We paid $60 bucks for all day, 30 mins in, my father had an accident (#2). We were forced to leave, that $60 bucks for NOTHING! Will NEVER be back, PERIOD!
So now itâs my fault, yea we had time after my father crapped himself to go back to you about the $. Nobody said anything about the charges except the amount, does the law stipulate The price or do you guys? I can see you charging locals 20 bucks all day, not out of townerâs. You make your $$ from localâs, why not charge people that do not go there daily, $5.00 each as we WOULD NOT be there that long. 1 star stays, PERIOD!
Yea, def should have taken the embarrassment situation worse by coming to you! Where did you learn your customer service skills!
You could have taken the high road, and issued a $40 refund, and I would have changed it to a 5 star for fixing the problem. Instead you do like others, and blame the oneâs affected by an...
Read moreWas in town for work and had some down time, since Iâm an arcade addict we tried this place⌠Glad we did! Great selection of pinball machines from nice new fancy expensive ones to very old. Not only did all the lights, sounds and effects work properly on them they were super clean too! There is also a great selection of older games and some not so old, along with a decent selection of sit down driving games & shooting games. We spent a good bit of time on the driving games. Everything worked as it should, from the shifters to the feedback in the steering wheels! Like the pinball machines these were clean with bright screens and colorful graphics, they werenât faded, scratched up old screens. The shooting games we played worked properly including all buttons and feedback on the guns and were accurate from gun to screen! Super friendly staff & they have some small snacks along with drinks, including beer, you can purchase. $15 for an hr but only $20 for all day and you can leave and come back (which we did 2x) whoever doesnât think thatâs a steal hasnât been to many arcades lately. I wish we didnât live 2 hrs away because this by far is the best arcade for the price & selection...

The customer service? SO NICE! The staff was so friendly and genuinely excited to have us there. They took the time to tell us about the space, chat about the games, and made the whole experience feel personal. You can tell they truly care about what theyâve built.
Everything was clean, well-maintained, and working perfectly! And let me just say, the John Wick pinball machine? Instantly my favorite. Fast-paced, intense, and just so much fun! I couldâve played that one all night.
Whether youâre a local or just passing through, Radioactive Pinball is 100% worth the stop. Weâll absolutely be going back! It...
