Venue was tight. Nice stage and food/Beer was okay. Little pricey but hey you’re at an event. Low rating because of the staff. I paid for VIP Q&A tickets and showed up a hour before I was supposed to. Anyways I was only able to catch the last 5min of the Q&A because the staff moved me to multiple lines even though they had no idea what to do. I feel a little ripped off as I paid much more money for these tickets. You guys need to train your employees better. They should know we’re to put people instead of moving them to random lines. Maybe make better signs. All they kept tell us is “this is the VIP line” even though there are 3-4 different lines. Poor management on the venue. Maybe make detailed signs with directions for VIP because the little signs you had on the metal detectors was not sufficient. Not sure if I’ll ever be back to that venue. Probably only if a select few bands come. Sucks too spent almost $500 on food and beer alone. And then another 2k in the casino. I know $2,500 ain’t a lot to the casino but a repeated $2,500 each time I would visit is a good chunk the casino will miss out on as I’m not interested in coming back to Airway heights BECU Live Outdoor Venue so I probably won’t go back to the casino. Show was awesome but it was a disappointment driving 350+ miles to have the staff mess...
Read moreThe BECU Live Outdoor venue had everything you need to enjoy the music & not to worry about anything else. They have plenty of parking, plus, with no extra cost. The parking is close to the venue. They had excellent security, including a metal detection device. We had grandstand seating; the plastic fold-up seats were actually comfortable. The seats were assigned; so, you don't have to fret about finding a good spot. We had a clear view of the stage, further, they had two mega-screens, ensuring an up close look of the musicians. The control booth was located inconspicuously, not blocking the stage - the sound was top notch. They had quality food stands & served alcoholic beverages - my son's hot dog appeared to be above quality, not a cheap "white-bread" bun. Also, you get to enjoy the music, while watching the beautiful sky; in my case, clouds floating by & a gorgeous full moon. There were ample port-a-potties or venture a short walk to the casino to enjoy warm, cleaner bathrooms. Lastly, if your concert is in September, bring a light-weight rain jacket & a hat. & some of the walking areas were slick...
Read moreGreat venue loved the sound system. Security was meh if not the worst I have ever seen as far as getting in. Keep in mind i have been to a lot of events. Highly recommend checking venue rules before going or getting VIP to whatever the event is. When I went my wife had a purse 2ft by 2ft regular sized if not small by today's standards. Waited about an hour in line just to be sent back because the bag was too big. And then waited another 30 mins before the event staff had the line deviate to VIP. This made us miss the first song entirely. Also the 30 mins we stood in line again we had to watch as several bagS larger than ours got in via VIP entrance. Another note a second line we had to wait in after getting in for the floor seats and wrist bands made us miss the second song. Overall the sound was good, pyrotechnics good , services food and drink good, the stage set up displays and visuals good, the artist that played amazing, merchandise 1 line less options shorter 1 line long as can be with all options another line with just tapestry's very short. Overall 7/10 this rating entirely based on venue...
