Fatburger — Restaurant in Airway Heights

Absolute Trash. This place used to be awesome. I’m so disappointed in how they’ve turned out. There are plenty of other options at the casino so don’t waste your time or money waiting for these clowns to make your food. Our experience was very disappointing. There was no line but now I kinda get why. To start, the soda was slightly flat. Tired a few different options and all were bad. Even the lemonade was coming out as just water. It took 20 minutes to get our shake…and the food still wasn’t ready. We only ordered 2 burgers and a fry. I checked to see if maybe they were understaffed and there were 7 people working so that wasn’t the issue. There were 2 other couples ahead of us…so I have no idea why it would have taken 35 minutes to get 2 burgers and a fry. I’m guessing incompetent managers and inexperienced workers. To top it off the buns were old, dry and crumbling. There is simply no excuse for this trash service and for the price of $46!?!? Complete waste of your time unless you yourself are trashed and want to waste money on bad service and bleh food. As always the dining area was clean and presentable ( sarcasm). I drive all the way to AirWay Heights just to eat at this Fat Burger inside Northern Quest Casino. I don't like these other burger joints here in Spokane do that's why I will drive far if I'm wanting a burger. Let me tell you.... The burger is so fat and juicy not bloody.. that's a very important quality for me. They ask you what you want on your burger which is another important quality for me. They BROIL it right there when you order which is an important quality for me me. You have an option on what kind of fries do you want skinny or fat and I go all out for the fat ones cuz they are so perfect crispy on the outside and so hot & soft on the inside🤤😋😋🥳 it's an official party in my mouth. The lemonade is always so right... Omg now this review has me wanting Fat Burger... I will add update & pictures when I go get my fat burger. But remember I said I only go to one of them which is located inside Northern Quest Casino. The staff are superb with patience that will blow your mind. They are so calm, helpful, and always happy even when they get slammed. The fat burger establishment should be proud because their employees really do a fantastic job representing...

I have been eating here weekly (4 or 5 times a week at one point) for almost 2 years. The food is great but fairly recently a new employee started and is terrible. Don't know his name but has long reddish curly hair and is rude and has been doing petty things for no reason to me. For instance I had a large free burger from stamps and have always just upgraded to a xxxl as that is my usual order however he refused to do it which makes no sense as I would pay the difference.(It says add ons extra) When someone else did it for me he made the burger and put 2 of the patties in a container on the side instead of just making it together. The first time I saw him working I tipped 10 dollars and he didn't say thank you as most people do. Overall just an unpleasant person to deal with in my experience. Honestly just going to try to come when he isn't there or might stop coming. Everyone else working is amazing though. Hopefully this gets to the owner. If we can resolve this I will just delete and change to 5 stars as it is the best burger around. Just figured you should know this employee might lose you customers or lead to...
