Front desk veeeery slow checking in. Got to kids zone 10 mins early to pick up kids. Only one employee working at counter checking in another guest; even though there were other employees standing behind her chatting with each other. By the time the employee at the counter stopped talking with a customer about her hat and scanned my ID #, it said I was 2 mins late and was I was charged Xtra $$ for the late pickup. Seriously?? She saw me standing and waiting to pick up my kids the entire time she was "chatting". I wasn't late ... She was socializing. And why the other employees couldn't set up and help is unacceptable. Parents should be able to scan their own ID # as soon as they enter play area for child pickup, which should record the correct time of pickup... not the time employee gets around to clocking kids out. Also, I saw only one employee walking around inside the kids zone even though there were at least a dozen kids in there. The area is too spread out for just one employee to monitor...
Read moreI recently had my daughters birthday party here. We were told when we did a walkthrough of the venue that we would be able to bring a store bought cake and fruit/veggie platters but nothing else. When party time came I was told we could only bring cake. The extreme party package came with one pizza, any additional pizzas are $21 each. When I asked the staff, they admitted it was in fact digorno, I was heated because I was expecting some gourmet pizza but instead of overpriced frozen pizza, which also came out to us cold. I also had an issue with the price of the games, they range from $0.25 to $2.00 and each kid got $25 to play, which they were done with in the first 15 minutes. All I have to say is that the staff was nice and very helpful, but overall I...
Read moreCould be so great, but why is it located right next to the smoking casino? Literally had to march my kids through a cloud of smoke to grab a burger during the break. We were having a great time but we left when my youngest said she had a headache from the smoke smell!!
ETA: (in response to the owners response) Yes, we did enter through the atrium entrance and was hit by the smell without even entering the actual casino as the “atrium” is a large, open air space connected to the smoking casino. And yes, Even with families staying confined to the cyber quest snack area versus visiting Ben and Jerry’s and/or Fat Burger we would still have been permeated by the smell. Smoke smell is very apparent to non smokers and, again, it’s a shame you located the...
