Every time we've gone here, staff has been incredibly rude. They're only allowing like 8 people in the store at a time due to the pandemic, totally fine and totally get it, but we went in after our grocery pickup on a Monday. A couple of people tried to enter after us and had to be turned away for a little bit and the guy working made a comment about how that shouldn't be happening on a Monday and then spent the entire rest of the time we were there (maybe 5 minutes to look around) complaining about having customers in the store. We got annoyed and left. The next time we went there, he was rude and condescending during our transaction, making snide comments to me because I didn't want to renew my rewards account. We got our stuff and left, but I was ticked off by that. My husband tried calling 3 times today to ask if they have a specific game in stock and there was never an answer. I've enjoyed other GameStop locations, but we won't be returning to this one. I hate leaving negative reviews, but honestly save yourself the frustration and save your time and money and just go...

Some staff members are nice but most are pushy and talk down to you. Prime exemple the other night I went in to purchase a elite controller sat in line ( a couple of ladies) who where just what seemed like shooting the breeze with I’m pretty sure he’s the manager. I had grabbed a display box off the wall and waited for ten minutes just for their conversation to wrap up just to be told they don’t have any and I should renew my power up account. He told me the actual policy over the phone witch I already knew how was suppose to have worked out and then changes it up when I went into the store to do the actual exchange, he screwed me out of my $50 gift card that I was suppose to get back after the exchange, he said it was a straight across exchange but it wasn’t I was suppose to have gotten an extra $50 gift card and he insisted that he was doing it the right way when I had already done an exact exchange with my other xbox so I know how it was suppose to go...
