Every time I visit this location I get exceptional assistance from all of the employees. My most recent visit, in early April, I was helped by Grace, and she was so patient with me (my scatterbrain causes me to ask A LOT of questions), and she was super kind and explained everything like a pro! I have never had a bad experience at this location (or any other location for that matter). The vibes are ALWAYS welcoming and the employees seem happy to be there. If at any point they AREN’T happy, then my hat’s truly off to them, because their professionalism hides it so well that I’ve never seen that level of “leave your baggage at the door” before. I hope they’re all being paid a super decent wage, because they all deserve it. I love this place specifically because of how awesome the employee are, and if it weren’t for them and their almost familial-like welcoming vibes, I undoubtedly would not shop there. Working in customer service jobs is easily the worst experience I’ve personally had to deal with, so the fact that they all have smiles on and create an atmosphere that makes me feel like they’re happy to see their customers is some sort of anomaly. Read moreI bought a device sometime in April, I’ve bought this particular brand many times before and they usually last me well over a year. I was charging it and the light just went out and nothing I tried would get it to come back on. It is July 4th today so I’ve literally had the device probably 2.5 months 3 at most, I’m also a long time customer. Apparently none of that matters over corporate's greedy policy.
I called them over the phone to see when purchased and if there was anything that could be done. I was offered a 10% discount on my next purchase …. I explained how I just got this thing and that would probably literally save 3$ at most. She said to come in and we’d see what we could do.
So that’s exactly what I did. Only to be met by someone else who basically said there’s nothing we can do for you. This is some shady practice. Apparently corporate does not care about long term customers. Nor do they care if your device ends up being faulty.

I’ve seen some employees come and go but they’ve all had the same quality customer service, which is amazing. Not only do they have a vast knowledge of their products, but they will help you out with any issues you have with your products.
Today we came in because our Falcon Legend tank had been having issues with leaking and no recognizable atomizer. Jacob, who is always a friendly face to see in the establishment, took the time to fiddle with the tank and find the source of the problem after we spent hours at home not being able to fix it ourselves. He got the tank working and found the source of the issue (wonky coils), and we were able to leave the shop a lot more reassured of the purchase. We were also assured if any issues persisted we were welcome back to get further support and possibly an alternate option if the issue reoccurs.
Highly recommend coming to them for your vape needs, including technical and mechanical ones. Everyone is nice, welcoming, and helpful. Shop is always very clean...
