What an exceptionally knowledgeable and professional business this is! I came here for the first time to look for a hat today with my wife and two kids and we were immediately greeted upon walking in. I asked about a specific hat and not only was I shown personally where it was, I also got to learn about some of the different types and styles of this specific hat. I was then given multiple hats and was encouraged to try them all on. I was SO thoroughly impressed by their knowledge and kindness that I ended up purchasing two hats for myself and one for my son. They also interacted with my wife and kids while I was trying hats on and it made us all feel very welcome!

There is a reason this business has been around for as long as it has. I am incredibly grateful for the knowledge I gained at this store. The customer service was beyond excellent. I will definitely be back...

All right, there's nothing around this place. It's in the strip mall so you can easily miss it. However, they do have a great selection of hats. The owner is very knowledgeable about hats. How the size for your head? How to take care of the hat? I believe there's no question that he hasn't been asked so he can answer just about everything. They've been there for over 100 years in their selections changed for the seasons. They do not have online purchasing which is not good. If you live quite a ways away and if they run a sale you pretty much have to call to find out. I'm a long ways away. Just happened to be in the area, stopped in and picked...

One of the oldest businesses in Akron. The owner was there the day that we visited. He let our kids try on hats, made suggestions, and even gave my son a free accoutrement for his hat. This is the place to go. Prices rival online retailers, but what they don't give you are the service and knowledge of over 100 years of experience....
