So I wasn't even really attempting to look at a Mitsubishi. But I decided to on a whim. Out of curiosity. The salesman Kayden was probably one of the best salesmen I've ever spoken to. The problem came when we got him the first car to test drive and when we got to the highway the steering wheel shook which means that the car was either out of alignment or had a bad tire. Initially they were going to go look at it but rather they just got me another version of the car to test drive so that I could see how it test drove with good tires. So they brought the new car up and the new car wouldn't start. The salesman even said he had to jump it to bring it up there. The battery was so dead that when he turned the car off there wasn't even enough juice to unlock the car to allow him to get the jumper box out of the trunk. So let me get this straight. You want to try to sell me a car for a brand that I never even thought I would look at. You bring up two cars, neither of which is functioning. How exactly do you think? I'm going to trust to buy a car from you when you can't even get your cars working right. You are using some of the old mall parking lot to store your new cars. I watched your people fly through that parking lot as I was sitting there waiting for the second car, likely because they were testing those cars to make sure they didn't also have issues. But when you fly through a parking lot at like 60 or 70 mph and take turns like that you're going to blow out tires. You're going to screw out alignment. And when you let cars sit for months because they're not selling, the batteries are going to be dead. How exactly anybody can expect to sell a car when you don't even maintain the stock you have is beyond me. I didn't actually have to leave to go to work. I just realized it's not a smart idea to buy a car from a dealer who can't even maintain brand new cars. I'm terrified to even think about what their used cars are like. And before the manager responds or whoever monitors their social media responds with. We're sorry about your experience. Please call or email such and such a number to talk about your experience to see what we can do. Let me tell you what you can do. If you even wanted me to consider coming back and buying a car you'd have to knock $7000 to $8,000 off the price. That's the cost of the time you wasted for me. Otherwise, I hope everybody reads this review and I hope you realize that not everybody is a number. You should probably take care of your stock of brand new cars. I'm terrified to think of what kind of issues the cars you...
Read moreI dropped my car off at Northcoast Mitsubishi of Akron, following an unsuccessful service experience at the Brookpark location. The difference was remarkable. The Akron dealership was much more organized, with a polite, knowledgeable and professional staff. It felt more like a high end car dealership. In contrast, the Brookpark location felt more like a smoking area, with some employees smoking near the service entrance, which in my opinion felt very unprofessional. Akron location on the other hand, was a night-and-day difference. The service advisor (Logan in my case) was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. One thing that I appreciated the most was that the service recommendations were sent via text, (make sure to check your texts while you are waiting for your car to be serviced so you don't miss anything) and they weren't pushy at all. Didn't see the service advisor coming out with a "recommended services" piece of paper and a dirty cabin filter in their hand trying to make my trip a $2000 service visit. They didn’t suggest anything unnecessary or try to upsell me, which some dealers often do (especially some Mitsubishi dealers that are now closed) just to squeeze every penny out of you. It was a refreshing change in today's cars market. The location was easy accessible. The waiting area was clean and well-maintained, and they had a vast array of coffee, snacks and bottled water. The bathrooms were clean and spotless.
They had a great car selection and various Mitsubishi trims to choose from and I saw a lot of costumers purchasing cars. To my surprise, they also offer a 20-year, 200,000-mile warranty for new Mitsubishi cars, which in my opinion is fantastic. The "catch"? You have to service the car with them, but that makes sense given the extended warranty they provide. I don’t mind the drive at all—it’s definitely worth it for such a great offer.
One thing to note, though—Northcoast Mitsubishi adds a 3% credit card processing fee, which wasn't disclosed on their website (I am aware that that goes to Credit Card companies). Despite that, I’m happy to have found a reliable Mitsubishi dealer, and I don’t mind driving 50 miles for their superior service. Hopefully, the Brookpark location improves and starts reflecting the Mitsubishi...
Read moreBuyer please be ware don't be fouled of their high ratings this dealer is selling wrecked cars fooling the buyers like selling them a car with zero accidents even they will show them the Car-Fax record to convince the buyer the car is free of accidents but the Car-Fax has no record because the accident was never reported and has no accidents claim. This dealer buying those cars for cheap make them look nice and selling them to unsuspecting buyers like those cars have zero accidents. That exactly what happens to me I bought my 2022 Toyota Camry from them. They show me the Car fax report to convince me the car was free of accidents they lied to me. I find out this car was in accident. I took some estimates and I needed to spend about $7.000.00 to fix all the issues. This car needs some body and paint work also needs to be replaced the radiator and the condenser they was badly bend. When I contact them to to find out if they willing to fix any of those damages or give me any refund. They offer me to replace the radiator end the condenser using after market parts and charge me $500.00 instead of $900.00 so I agreed. After the repairs done I noticed when I was turning on the heater the cabin took very long time to warm up about 20-30 min awful experience in cold weather and in the summer I did not have AC. I took the car to a mechanic shop and they find out that the radiator was leaking and the condenser had zero Freon and that's why I had no heater or AC. So this people they replace my radiator with a faulty one and they replace the condenser with out even bother to ad a Freon hoping I will not find it out so sneaky they are. So that costed me another $1.600.00 to replace the radiator and ad cooling and Freon on the condenser. I open a law sue against them but It was waist of time because when I bought the car I had to sign over 60 pages so they can cover there asses I was sing document's for more than a half hour my hand...
