Never go to this store 11241 E Colonial Dr #215, Orlando, FL worst customer service very unprofessional! The “person” behind the counter had a I do not care look like he didn’t even want to be there 🤦🏼‍♂️ he didn’t even care or wanted to help me with my needs. I returned my ps5 I was having issues with it so they exchange it for another one that was refurbished . As soon as I got home with the refurbished system that was damaged as well.. I went back the guy this time with a disgust look on his face was rude again and he didn’t even care the second time he had no patience .. I asked to speak with his manager and he told me no way to get a hold of them, I was very disappointed and stressed went back again returned gave me another one the 2nd system inside was dirty and nasty / scratched up. He didn’t even bother looking at it or testing it out for me before i walked out .. I called this location on 9/23 to inquire about the preorder bonus for silent hill f, the steelbook case. I was told that they had 30 steelbook cases and that 15 of them were going to be given out on a first come, first serve basis.

I preordered online and arrived an hour early on 9/25, and there were 3 people ahead of me. When it was my turn, I was told that they had just given out the last steelbook to the person in front of me.

I have no idea if the person I talked to on 9/23 made a mistake on the amount of steelbook cases they have, or if the manager stole all the steelbooks to resell on ebay at a later date, or what is going on, but this is a ridiculous way to treat your clients. So glad to see that everyone is experiencing the same service I am getting. April is doing a wonderful job and I have been happy with every purchase I've recieved from here.
