Waffle House — Restaurant in Alafaya

I went to the Waffle House for the first time last Thursday for breakfast. I ordered the Al- Star Special. I chose the hash browns, over easy eggs, toast, chicken patties and waffle with blueberries. 🫐

The over easy eggs and hash browns were the perfect delicious combo. I used the toast soak the remaining eggs. The chicken patty was also good.

The waitress Aly was very friendly. For some reason reason she made two blueberry waffles which was kind of her.

I thanked her and said it feels like a pre-birthday gift. I ate one of the blueberry waffle. It was tasty. I kept the second waffle for later cause I was full.

I was very pleased with the food, the price and its service.

I came later back for the second time to the Waffle House early morning Friday.

It was quite busy at 2:30 because there weee all the partygoers coming from Bounce.

I ordered the Cheesesteak melt hashbrown bowl. I waited patiently while other guests and my food being prepared.

The staff members Sherry, Auntie, Davi were professional despite the big amount of guests in the Waffle House. They handed it well.

I really enjoyed the cheesesteak melt hashbrown bowl. It tasted especially good, after drinking a few beers before at Bounce.

The hashbrowns were nice & crunchy with some melted cheese, and the steak pieces nicely seasoned.

I always come here with my family and the waffles always come out amazing, but when we came today all the food came out cold and in parts. First the bacon, then the actual food, and then the waffle never came out, we finished our food and still no waffle. When the first waffle came out it was raw, it was mushy inside and they tried to tell us it’s like that… They told us we have to get it well done when we have never asked for it well done and it has never came out like that ever. We sent the waffle back and when they made it again, it was basically burnt. My mom talked to the manager, Robbin, who also is in charge of making the waffles, denied that the waffles were raw, when he didn’t even know or see how it actually was. We always come here FOR the waffles. My mom isn’t fluent in english and when she messed up talking, he repeated what she said back to her and started laughing… Extremely disrespectful laughing at someone whose first language isn’t english. It’s crazy knowing he is the manager. What kind of manager laughs at someone right...

I want to complain because customers complain about everything from the music to the food and I find it ridiculous as a customer to complain about music that in yours menu says we’re allowed to pick music, so what I’m saying is why are you guys complaining for and then you overwork these employees they not allowed allowed to leave on time. And I been coming here for years and the second shift girl is always crying and sayin she gettin pick on by the team I’m a lawyer and they are breaking so many laws worst place to work and it’s always dirty in first shift that floor girl shouldnt be dealing with this alone their is only one cook and I see her work so hard in second shift runnin around Cookin the food and cleanin tables and dishes .she has caramel skin and red tips for her hair she so nice and the food she made for...
