SMARTSTYLE — Attraction in Alafaya

I am very disappoint that I have been going there for years and cutting my hair with Mimi the so call manager. Just this pass Sunday before school started I went in to have a cut. Mini was so RUDE to me in from of all the customers waiting and the gentleman she was attending. I tip her very well on previous sittings and I have been going to her for year. She knows me and I will never return to her after her rudeness. If this is who you have as a manager it's a shame. If she was having a bad day believe me she should have stayed home. If she can't work under stress then she needs to find another profession. MIMI YOU KNOW WHO THIS IS. I will let my friend know how unprofessional.

Walmart was my one stop shopping center & hair and that will not happen again. I expect respect the same way I respect others.

Would love to leave a negative (-1) Star! Get there after checking in on the website, appointment was for 5:15pm, for a wash and style for my daughter.

The very unprofessional stylist tells me that they need an hour to do that service and they close at 6pm. Why did the website allow an appointment for 5:15pm?

She says that I can call the company and tell them that the appointment system is screwed up. Uhhhmm... That's your job sweetheart!

I said okay, forget the style just do a wash and blow dry. The unprofessional stylist says "blow drying is a style"

Totally wasted my time. And when I got there they were still tending to clients. When were we going to be serviced anyway?...

I wanted to dye my hair black and to get it trimmed when I left there was black hair dye all over my forehead my hair cut is totally uneven and when I got home to wipe off the black dye it left me with burn marks all over my face and they charged me 80 I will never go back there again the whole purpose of me going there was so that I didn’t have to deal with the stress of getting dye all over myself I mean I get it’s a salon but this is the first and last salon that I have ever gone to where they just let you walk out with dye all over your face without even trying to clean it and now I have to find another salon to get my hair cut AGAIN because it’s...
